    • PURPOSE:To control the sheet thickness of a material to a prescribed thickness by obtaining the wave form of a backup-roll eccentricity and controlling a roll gap basing on the weighted average of said wave form and a wave form obtained at the time of a mutual contact of work rolls. CONSTITUTION:A control error produced during one revolution of an upper backup roll is inputted from a load cell 9 as the variation of a rolling down force, together with a rotating angle of upper backup roll that is an output of counter 17, to a digital computor 14. The control error that is the variation portion of a wave form of roll eccentricity is used as the function of a rotating angle of upper backup roll, to obtain its wave form. A roll-eccentricity control output is outputted from the computor 14 to a hydraulic rolling-reduction control board 10 during the next one revolution of the upper backup roll, to prevent the roll eccentricity from converting into the sheet thickness variation. The roll-eccentricity control output is obtained from the variation portion of the wave form of roll eccentricity obtained from the control error during said one revolution, to perform successively the control at the next time of rotation basing on said output. The same control is thereafter performed in sequence. In this way, the sheet thickness is controlled so as to accurately conform it to the prescribed value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply gas having quality satisfying specifications (calorific value, pressure and a flow rate) required by gas supply destinations by using and appropriately mixing only gas derived from LNG without using expensive LPG to suppress calorific value fluctuation of natural gas generated by combining BOG, in a natural gas supply system.
      SOLUTION: The natural gas supply system is provided with an LNG tank 1; a first natural gas supply system for supplying natural gas to a first supply destination after the natural gas is supplied from the LNG tank 1 via a first carburetor 14 and combined with BOG; a BOG combining system 4 for combining BOG generated in the LNG tank 1 to the first natural gas supply system; a second natural gas supply system for supplying natural gas from the LNG tank 1 to a second supply destination via a second carburetor 25; and natural gas combining systems 35, 45 provided between the first and second natural gas supply systems for running gas between them.
