摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance examination accuracy by bringing a necessary amt. of quantified urine into contact with a detection part. SOLUTION: Urine collected by a urine collecting means 3 is stored in a urine sump part 14 and a part of urine 17 is absorbed in an absorbing member 22 from the extraction opening part 20 of a quantifying means 5. Next, a leaf spring 11 protrudes toward the test paper opening part 21 of the absorbing member of urine quantified by a quantifying means 5 by a drive means. The urine reagent 7 of a detection part 6 moved by the drive means comes into contact with the absorbing member 22 of the test paper opening part 21 of the quantifying means 5 and only a necessary amt. of the reagent adheres. After contact for a definite time, the detection part 6 is separated from the quantifying means 5 to measure the change of the color of the urea reagent 7 by an optical means in order to measure the change of the detection part 6. By this method, a stable color change is generated by the quantitative contact of urea with the urea reagent to enhance accuracy.

Thereby the skin touch becomes agreeable and the drape characteristic is improved.
