    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a window having both functions of permeation property and proper light reduction property for daylighting by fixing a liquid tank in which color pigment particles or minute particles are contained in fluid such as water, and which is composed of a hollow platelike tube fixed on an external peripheral wall of a building. SOLUTION: Openings 16 at both ends of a platelike tube 3 made of a transparent material are blocked by lids 5 through end fringe members 4 to form a fluid tank 2. The exterior 1 of a building formed by fixing the fluid tank 2 to a fixing means 6 by a mounting means 15 such as hexagon screw, etc., is fixed on an external peripheral wall W of the building by connecting a leg part 6a with a fixing means 21. An opening for window 8 is drilled in the fixing means 6. The fluid tank 2 stored fluid such as water, which contains color pigment particles such as carbon particles to adjust the concentration of coloring matter in the fluid so that a light permeation property and light reduction property are adjusted. Water which is sealed in the fluid tank 2 may be circulated due to natural convection or by using a stirring means. Consequently, it is possible to provide the exterior 1 of the building with a proper permeation property and light reduction property and functions such as heat absorption property and heat radiation property.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance treating capacity by providing both a lower cylindrical part and an upper diameter extending part equipped with an oxygen feeding part, an aerobic treating part and a ppt. separating part. CONSTITUTION:At a time of actuation, liquid to be treated is continuously fed to an anerobic treating part through an introducing port 14 provided to the part slightly higher than the lower end part of the lower cylindrical part 10 of a bioreactor. Anaerobic sludge is always stagnated in the lower cylindrical part of the bioreactor and an anaerobic sludge bed is formed. This anaerobic sludge bed is agitated by the impellers 12 at slow velocity and thereby the introduced liquid to be treated is uniformly mixed with anaerobic sludge and raised while anaerobic treatment is performed therefor. Diffusion is performed through an oxygen feeding pipe 21 provided to the inside of a draft pipe 22 and thereby strong ascending current is caused in the draft pipe 22 and oxygen is solubilized in liquid to be treated and thereby the liquid to be treated can be smoothly purified.

    • PURPOSE:To propagate granule sludge by cascade-connecting granulation chambers disposed with bottom walls each bored with a narrow hole for introduction of raw water and an upper aperture for outflow of the raw water into multiple stages, thereby forming a bioreactor. CONSTITUTION:The raw water 13 supplied into the bottom of a digestion tank 11 rises in the tank 11 at the flow rate corresponding to the supply rate from a raw water inflow port 14 and the circulation rate from a circulating water inflow port 17. Since the sectional area of the raw water flow passage near the narrow hole 3 of a partition plate 12 is small at this time, the flow rate of the rising flow increases locally. The flow rate of the rising flow decreases gradually on advance of the raw water 13 into the granulation chamber 2 through the narrow hole 3, thus generating the distribution of the flow rate of the rising flow in the chamber 2. The circulating flow in the vertical direction shown by an arrow S is generated along with the rising flow of the raw water 13.
