    • PURPOSE:To prevent any wasteful power consumption from occurring in making an engine able to stand by in a state of being stopped by turning a power source at the side of a control panel to OFF after being operated to a standby mode at a time when it is on standby extending over hours on the water, in this radio control type drainage pump car which made all operations of an amphibian car be free of remote control. CONSTITUTION:A start mode 15, a packing mode 16 and a travel mode 27 are all installed in a control part 14 in a radio control type drainage pump car, while a drainage mode 18 capable of operating a drainage pump is installed there as well. In addition, in the case where communication trouble is continued more than the specified time at each mode, an engine is made into a state of emergency stoppage, and an emergency stop mode 19 being reset to the start mode 15 by the operation of a reset switch is installed in the control part too. In succession, aside from these modes, this control part is provided with a standby mode 20 which is shiftable by operation at the start mode 15, and in this shifted state, all control flows are stopped, while any transition to the emergency mode 19 due to communication trouble is regulated, thereby making the engine 4 able to stand by in a state of being stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a residual water amount by installing a lift device on an amphibian vehicle having a boat type sealed body and the capability of traveling on a weak subsoil, and detachably mounting a drainage pump unit on the lift device. CONSTITUTION:An amphibian vehicle 1 is formed in such a way as equipped with a boat type sealed body 2 and a pair of right and left crawlers 3A and 3B having the capability of traveling on a weak subsoil. Also, an engine 4, two hydraulic pumps thereby driven, and a lift device 13 with a detachably mounted drainage pump unit 5 are respectively installed on the body 2. In this case, the drainage pump unit 5 is formed out of two drainage pumps 50 and 51, a strainer 52 and a float 53. After a drainage work, the drainage pump unit 5 is elevated, and drainage operation is continued until the appearance of water level where the crawlers 3A and 3B are submerged onto a water bottom. Drainable water level in a drainage zone can be thus lowered and a residual water amount can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a flow rate of a pump irrespective of the fluctuation of actual pump head by obtaining an operation flow rate of the pump based on a discharge flow rate that the pump holds and a flow rate which corresponds to the fluctuation of the actual pump head to compare it with a set flow rate which becomes a control target and controlling in such a manner that the operation flow rate becomes the set flow rate. SOLUTION: After the operation of a pump is started, a set flow rate Q4 is compared with an actual flow rate. When Q4 is not equal to the actual flow rate, the set flow rate Q4 is compared with an operation flow rate Q5+Ah, and rotation speed of No. 1 pump 2A and No. 2 pump 2B or rotation speed of the No. 1 pump 2A only is controlled by an output of a control signal from a controller 1 to drivers 4A, 4B in accordance with its deviation. In this way, it is possible to control a flow rate of the pumps based on the proper number of pumps and number of revolutions stably by determining the number of pumps to be operated and the number of revolutions so that the operation flow rate Q5+Ah obtained based on discharge flow rates that two variable speed pumps 2A, 2B hold and a flow rate which is equivalent to the fluctuation h of the actual pump head becomes the set flow rate Q4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a low temperature region of the atmospheric temperature in which a drainage pump can be run by preventing working oil from spouting out caused by the break of a shaft sealing part even if the drain pressure in a hydraulic pump is higher than an allowable shaft sealing value to mitigate the restriction of the atmospheric temperature enabling running in the low temperature region. SOLUTION: A hydraulic pump 2 drain by an engine 1, a charge pump 7 to charge working oil to a closed circuit hydraulic pipe 5 affording communication between a traveling motor 3 and drain pump driving motor 4 and a cooling reflux pipe 8 to return back the working oil to an oil tank 6 are provided to dispose a bypass reflux pipe 15 branched from the coolong reflux pipe 8. A check valve 14 is interposed at a position close to an outlet 2a of a pump case 2A in the bypass reflux pipe 15 to allow the oil flow in the direction of the oil tank and set the pass allowing pressure to about shaft sealing allowing value of the hydraulic pump and detect the pressure in the pump case 2A by a pressure sensor 16 so that the detected pressure enables the traveling and drain running when it is less than the pass allowing pressure value of the check valve 14.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the extent of changeover responsiveness from air operation to pumping operation and to cope with operation even in time of emergency by forming a weir being bulged in a pipe, where water stays behind, in time of the start of air operation, in a delivery pipe, and installing an elastic body contracting in time of the start of pumping operation and forming a reference passage section. CONSTITUTION: A delivery pipe 8 is attached with an elastic body 10 which forms a weir 16 to be bulged in the pipe 8, where water stays behind, in time of the start of air operation preceding standby operation, and also a reference passage section capable of usual draining operation after being contracted in time of the start of pumping operation. In addition, the supply of a pipe internal bulging high pressure fluid and the discharge of this fluid to and from the elastic body 10 are selectively carried out by a pipe internal bulging high pressure fluid supply-discharge means. With this constitution, a span of starting time till drainage is started since a water level of a water absorption well has been reached to a pumping starting water level is shortened, and thereby changeover responsiveness from the air operation to the pumping operation is well improved, so that it is fully conformable even in time of emergency.
