    • PURPOSE:To securely detect welding abnormality even when a welded material is a thin plate by periodically measuring a current value and a voltage value at welding time and finding how many times the difference between a measured value at a certain time of time and a subsequently measured value exceeds a reference value. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic part 20 averages current values and voltage values measured by a measurement part 17 at specific intervals. The arithmetic part 20 calculates the absolute value of the difference between the 1st voltage value and subsequent voltage values. When the value exceeds the reference value more than a specific number of times, welding abnormality is decided. A 1st and a 2nd reference values are set and a specific time and a specific frequency are set corresponding to both the reference values to securely detect two kinds of welding abnormality differing in voltage variation pattern. With the 1st reference value, welding abnormality like a melting fall where large voltage variation is caused as a single shot in a short time is detected. With the 2nd reference value, welding abnormality such as decentering and unevenness of beads wherein small voltage variation is caused successively many times in a long time is detected.

    • PURPOSE:To offer a vacuum heat-insulated wall which needs not many sorts of compressed boards, and can be easily applied to a heat-insulated construction for a part, where a compressed board is difficult to fill, without an increase in welding length and regardless of shape, size and mounting place. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum heat-insulated wall is produced in such a way that a heat-insulating space is covered with metallic cover material 1, filled with a compressed board 7 and evacuated and heat-insulating material 9 is compactly filled in a part, where the compressed board 7 is difficult to fill because there is an insert piece 5 in the insulating space, to form a vacuum heat-insulated layer 10. Thereby, a vacuum heat-insulated construction for a place, where the compression board is difficult to fill, can be easily carried out without the need of many sorts of compressed boards and regardless of shape, size and mounting place. As welding is required only for a lid which covers a small opening, welding length can be shortened, leading to an improvement of the productivity.

    • PURPOSE: To enable insertion without damage, without forming a laminated body into a board by disposing heat insulating material, formed of a laminated body constituted of inorganic fiber and a laminated body with inorganic fiber sheets and metallic foil with a small heat radiation rate alternately laminated, on the outer surface of an inner container, and fitting an outer container forcibly while compressing the heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION: An inner container to be an inner wall is supported from the inner surface by a supporting jig, and a laminated body with inorganic fiber sheets 5A and metallic foil 5B with a low heat radiation rate alternately laminated is disposed on the outer surface. An inorganic fiber board 6 is further disposed on the outside to form heat insulating material 2. An outer container is then put on utilizing the outer inorganic fiber board 6 of the heat insulating material as cushioning material. Accordingly, even if putting this outer container rather forcibly, the inner laminated body 5C of the heat insulating material 2 is protected from damage by the outer inorganic fiber board 6.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the total welding length and make an automatic welding possible by a method wherein the welding work of a connecting part at the corner part of an inner container of a vacuum heat insulating container is eliminated to provided a joining structure for making easy a joint and welding between the connecting part and an outer container. CONSTITUTION:A press molding 21 consisting integrally of a connecting part 22 and a bottom part 23 of an inner container is formed by press. At this time, a flange part 26 is formed at the upper part of the connecting part 22 to make a joint with the upper part of an outer container and is provided at its end with a tapering part 27 engageable against the inner upper end part of the outer container and the tapering part 27 of the connecting part 22 is so shaped as to conform the connecting part 22 with the peripheral length of the outer container, when the tapering part 27 is forced into the inner upper end part of the outer container. The press molding 21 is cut into the upper connecting part 22 and the lower bottom part 23 and a body part 29 of the inner container formed with a separately controlled peripheral length is added therebetween to complete the inner container 30. This inner container 30 is placed into the outer container and the tapering part 27 at the end of the connecting part 22 is forced into and welded to the inner upper end of the outer container.

    • PURPOSE:To promote gasification of an organic binder and make exclusion of gas impeded for the achievement of degree of vacuum smooth so as to facilitate the manufacture of a heat insulating vessel by supplying air or oxygen using an air supply pipe when organic gas in a double wall is excluded. CONSTITUTION:In manufacture of a vacuum insulating wall where an inorganic fiber heat insulating mat 1 molded and hardened like a mat by organic binder is stored in a double wall 2, the double wall 2 is heated to gasify the organic binder, and the inside of the double wall is evacuated and sealed air-tightly after the gas is excluded, an air supply pipe 4 is inserted into one air vent hole 3 provided in the double wall 2, and its end 4A is led to the innermost part of the double wall 2. Oxygen or air is supplied from the air supply pipe 4 when the double wall 2 is heated to gasify the organic binder. The inside of the double wall 2 is evacuated from the air vent hole 3, after the generated gas is excluded from the inside, and when the inside reaches a predetermined degree of vacuum, the air vent hole 3 is sealed air-tightly with the air supply pipe 4 left as it is.
