    • PURPOSE:To reduce the wear and tear of a tire rivet used in a tubeless tire nonskid device, by inserting a flanged rivet bar into a through hole made up toward the circumferential direction of a ground contact surface of the tubeless tire in a way of projecting a tip of the rivet bar outward the ground contact surface, while making the flange part so as to be supported by an inner tube layer in a resilient manner. CONSTITUTION:A flanged rivet bar 7 is inserted into a through hole 5 piercing through a tire rubber layer 3, and a flange part 7' is supported by an inner liner layer 2. With this constitution, on a snow-covered road, a rivet head 6 projected by pressure of the inner liner layer 3 catches the snow surface, thus a nonskid effect is brought into full play. On the other hand, on an ordinary road, hardness of the road surface overcomes the pressure of the inner liner layer 2, pushing the inner liner layer 2 inward, whereby the rivet head 6 is embedded inside a tire (a). As a result, this tire can be driven on the ordinary road as it is, and a nonskid device for a tubeless tire being excellent in wearproofness is thus securable.

    • PURPOSE:To improve durability of a type by making many holes reaching from the tread surface to the inner peripheral face in the circumferential direction of a tyre tread and burying rivets with spherical rivet heads in said holes in such a manner as tips of the rivets project from the tyre surface due to pressure of the tyre. CONSTITUTION:Many through holes 2, reaching from the tread surface to the inner peripheral face in the circumferential direction of the tyre tread, are arranged, for example, zig zag. spherical rivets 4 are buried in the through hole 2 in a condition not to be extracted with rivet heads 3 held inward. This causes internal pressure of the tyre not only to support but also press outward the rivet heads 3 so as to project the rivet tips from the tyre tread surface and reveal skid preventive function. This configuration leads the inner pressure to execution of support to the rivets 4 along with a buffer action against a road surface pressure, and durability of the tyre can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To form a strong levee reduced in unevenness by compacting a ridged part in a hard kneaded state, the ridged part being formed by supplying soil to a levee-forming place. CONSTITUTION:The levee-forming machine is attached to a travel car and used for successively forming a levee in its travel direction. The levee-forming machine is provided with a ridging device 3 and a levee-forming device 5. In the ridging device 3, a rotary 61 rotated on an axis parallel to the levee is rotated to ridge soil at a levee-forming place 2. The levee-forming device 5 is provided with a rotating tool 13 rotated on an axis orthogonal to the levee. In the rotating tool 13, a conical rotator 18 and a conical rotator 20 are incorporatively disposed at the inner and outer ends of a circular rotator 16 for forming the upper surface of the levee. The rotating tool 13 is incorporatively rotated on a rotation axis eccentric to the axis of the conical part of the inner conical rotator 18. On the conical surface of the inner conical rotator 18, projections 36 for pressing the slope part of the inside surface of the ridged part are arranged at a prescribed distance in the circumferential direction.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a road grasping force and prevent a road damage, by embedding perpendicularly at the vicinity of the outside of a tire ground contacting portion slide-stopping pins having engagement flange portions bulging in reverse cone shapes, and forming cushion incising portions at the center lower portions of the bulging portions of the engagement flange portions. CONSTITUTION:A slide stopping pin 3 which has at a base end portion an engagement flange portion 5 bulging in a reverse cone shape and which has at a tip a small diametered protruding body 6, is imbedded vertically at the vicinity of the outside of the ground contacting surface of a tire 1. At this time, the height of the slide stopping pin 3 which protrudes at the outer perimeter surface of the tire which is in a state in which a load is not imposed on, is in a state in which the height h of the outer side protruding portion is longer than the height h' of the inner side protruding portion, and under this state, the pin 3 is embedded. Also, a cushion incising portion 8 is formed at the lower part of the center portion of the bulging portion of the engagement flange portion 5. As a result, a road surface damage is prevented, and also, a road surface grasping force can be improved.
