摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a repairing coating to prevent the degradation of the corrosion resistance caused by the damage of a resin film and to improve the can openability by forming a resin film of specified breaking elongation, tensile strength, tensile elasticity and thickness on both sides of a steel plate, pressing the steel plate with a die of a specified tip radius and a flat die to set the thickness of the thinnest pressed portion of a steel plate to be a specified value. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film 7 is coated on both sides of a steel plate. The resin film 7 is >=100% in breaking elongation, >=10 kg/mm2 in tensile strength, >=100 kg/mm2 in tensile elasticity and 10-100 μm in thickness. The steel plate is pressed with a curved die of 0.1-1 mm in tip radius R and a flat die. The thickness t of a thinnest pressed portion of the steel plate satisfies the formulae I and II. In the formulae I and II, to denotes the thickness (mm) of the steel plate, n the work-hardening exponent in the area of 40-90% of uniform elongation and TS the tensile strength (kgf/mm2). An easy-open can lid is preferably formed of a polyester resin.

SOLUTION: At a mouthpiece 2 and an air hole 3 formed on a can lid panel 1 made of a steel plate or surface treated steel plate, a mouthpiece plug plate 4 and an air hole plug plate 5 made of aluminum, a plastic, a resin or paper which are different from that of the can lid panel 1 are adhered with a resin to the peripheral edges of the mouthpiece 2 and the air hole 3 for blocking them so as to form an adhesive section 6. A part 6a of the adhesive section 6 is fast adhered in such a manner that the mouthpiece plug plate 4 and the air hole plug plate 5 can not separate from the can lid panel 1. Also, other part separates from a peripheral edge of an opening of the mouthpiece 2 and the air hole 3 being pressed down by fingers, so as to be adhered in an openable manner. Accordingly, an opening section can be formed into an optional easy-to- drink and easy-to-pour shape, and opening of the plug plates can be also facilitated.
