    • PURPOSE:To obtain the hydraulic room constituting parts of high strength by bending the outside roundness parts of the steel plate member at a right angle, forming the annular type folding part, pressing this, forming the annular thick part, next bringing the structural roller for groove forming into contact with the thick part and forming the sealing groove. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate member A is clamped with the upper die 1A and the lower die 1B. The driving die for bending 1C inserted to outer side of the upper die 1A is driven to the lower side to form the annular folding part a1. The annular folding part a1 is pressed with the die device 2 for forming thick part to form the peripheral thick part a2. The steel plate member A is clamped with the upper die 3A and the lower die 3B of the die for forming sealing groove 3, and the preliminary peripheral groove a3 is formed by using the preliminary groove forming structural roller 41 which is provided peripherally with the projecting part 41a of triangular- shaped cross section on the outer side surface. Next, the sealing groove a4 is formed with the sealing groove roll forming roller 42. Further, the roll forming roller for forming circular part 6 is brought into contact with the out side surface of thick part a2 and the top corner part of the wall part a5 is formed to round. Therefore, the hydraulic room constituting parts are made of the high strength steel plate member even if it is thin in thickness.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a V-pulley easily and with a high strength by dividing a peripheral wall part of a cup-shaped sheet metal base material into a V-groove formed part and a multi-V-groove formed part through a stepped pat and a double-level end part, and forming a V-groove and a multi-V-groove in the formed parts, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A stepped part 21 and a double-level end part 23 are formed in a peripheral wall part 12 by using a cup-shaped sheet metal base material 1, and the peripheral wall part 12 is divided into a V-groove formed part 14 and a multi-V-groove formed part 15 through the double-level end part 23. As for a stepped cup-shaped base material 2, a V-groove 31 is formed by bending the formed part 14 between a double-level end part 32 and a stepped part 21, and thereafter, furthermore, a forming reference groove part 42 of a multi-V- groove is formed, and also the double-level end part 23 is bent. A cup-shaped base material 4a provided with a V-groove becomes a V-pulley 4 by forming plural lines of multi-V-grooves 41 in the formed part 15. In this way, a V-pulley made of a sheet metal can be manufactured easily and with a high accuracy.
