    • PURPOSE:To suppress neutron flux variation by detecting the variation rate of the reactor core flow rate of a nuclear reactor, and comparing the variation rate with a permissible variation rate and regulating the pressure of the nuclear reactor. CONSTITUTION:The reactor water flow rate signal S1 of the nuclear reactor detected by a reactor core flow rate detector consisting of a differential manometer is inputted to the nuclear reactor pressure regulating device. The nuclear reactor pressure regulating device performs specific arithmetic for the reactor core flow rate signal S1 to obtain a nuclear reactor pressure regulating signal S2. Namely, a detecting circuit 161 detects the variation rate of the signal S1, a decision circuit 162 compares the detected value with the permissible variation rate of the reactor core flow rate, and an incomplete differentiating circuit 163 performs incomplete differential arithmetic for the output signal of the circuit 162 according to the result to obtain the signal S2.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent thermal shocks, by compensating a demand signal for changing the output of a steam generating device, which is to be delivered to a means for controlling the output of the steam generating device, in accordance with an extracted steam amount demanding signal so as to enable the lowering of the temperature of feed water to be restrained by controlling the control means. CONSTITUTION:Steam generated from a nuclear pressure vessel 7 flows through a high pressure turbine 14, a moisture separator 17 and a low pressure turbine 15 into a condenser 18, and therefore, the turbines 14, 15 are rotated to drive a generator 16. Condensate is returned into the pressure vessel 7 through feed water heaters 19, 20 by means of a water feed pump 21. In this case, steam extracted from the low pressure turbine 15 is fed into the feed water heaters 19, 20 through extracted steam valves 24, 25 which are controlled by means of an extraction amount distributor 23 in accordance with an extraction steam demand signal which has been computed by an extraction valve controller 22 in accordance with the rotational speed of the turbines. Further, an adder 27 compensates a demand signal EPLR for changing the output of the steam generating device in accordance with the extracted steam demand signal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchanger in which leakage is minimized, if any, heating side fluid is prevented from being mixed with fluid on the side to be heated and detection of leakage is facilitated by providing a buffer channel between a heating side channel and a channel on the side to be heated and providing the buffer channel with a leak detection mechanism. SOLUTION: A buffer channel 23 is provided between the heating side channel 20 and the channel 21 on the side to be heated of a plate fin type heat exchanger. These channels are sectioned by means of a tube plate 25 and a spacer 26 having different shape from channel to channel. A corrugated fin 28 is brazed to the tube plates 25 on the opposite sides in the channel between the tube plates 25. The buffer channel 22 is provided is provided with a pressure gauge which can measure pressure variation on line. According to the structure, leaked fluid, if any, stands in the buffer channel 22 and heating side fluid is prevented from being mixed with fluid on the side to be heated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help easily grasp whether the output signal of a main controller in an operation state is normal or not by comparing the relation between a main controller output signal value and an operation process value with operation result data. SOLUTION: Reactor output, a water-supply discharge header pressure, and a reactor pressure are inputted to an extraction means 8, and the past operation cycle result data of a plant state corresponding to it are extracted from a database 6. Data are created so that a result region can be displayed based on a group of the extracted result data. In this case, by displaying a rectangular region, the result region is shown and is compared with a plotted point according to a process value on current operation, thus fully putting together information regarding a plant control system and information regarding the plant with improved balance and supporting the monitoring of the validity or the like of a main controller output signal value for the current operation state.
