    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to specify a model parameter which causes an increase in deviation between a model output value and a measured value by comparing a parameter identified in a normal state and a parameter identified in an abnormal state with each other. SOLUTION: A data preprocessing part 10 of a preventive maintenance device 4 indicates data abnormality if there is abnormality such as deficit data in data which are measured on-line. A parameter identification part 30 identifies model parameters of a dynamo model based on the on-line data whose no abnormality is confirmed by the data preprocessing part 10. A data base 20 is stored previously with model parameters reproducing a state wherein an emergency dynamo is normal. A decision part 40 compares the model parameters identified on the basis of the on-line data with model parameters stored in the data base 20 to detect abnormality of the emergency dynamo. An abnormality cause estimation part 50 estimates the cause of the abnormality of the emergency dynamo if the abnormality is detected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently lower the spurious radiation magnetic field by generating an offset magnetic field opposite to the strongest position of the spurious radiation magnetic field, which is generated by the leaked magnetic field from a deflection yoke. SOLUTION: An in-space magnetic field surrounded by a vertical deflecting coil 2 effectively works as a vertical deflecting magnetic field, but at the same time, this magnetic field is leaked outside so as to generate a spurious radiation magnetic field. Cancel coils 4c, 4d are arranged close to each other opposite to the strongest position of the spurious radiation magnetic field, for example, a space 23 between an opening side fringe 21 and a magnetic core 2 and connected in series or in parallel to/with a coil 2 so as to generate the magnetic field in the opposite direction. The spurious radiation magnetic field by the leaked magnetic field from the coil 2 can be efficiently lowered by arranging the coils 4c, 4d at the strongest position of the spurious radiation magnetic field on a line in parallel with a core 3 between an opening side tip and a neck side tip of a deflection yoke 1.
