SOLUTION: The nail driving machine functions to drive nails by movement of a plunger. A motor 7 is driven by a battery 4 via a controller 100 to move the plunger 8, and upon switching-on of a trigger switch 24, an FET 101 of the controller 100 is turned on to energize the motor 7. Then an operational amplifier 133 connected to the battery 4 charges a capacitor 145 via a resistance 144 by an output according to a battery voltage, and if the voltage of the capacitor 145 exceeds a predetermined value, the operational amplifier 143 outputs a signal instructing turning-off of the FET 101. Therefore in the nail driving machine, driving of the motor 7 is stopped after completion of a shot of the first nail and before a shot of the second nail, which enables the driver machine to carry out single driving of the nails by employing a small and inexpensive structure.
