    • PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for demineralization in which reverse regeneration is prevented without installing a tank for receiving mixed resins, a high regeneration ratio is obtained by regenerating separately a cation exchange resin and an anion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION:A cation exchange resin and an anion exchange resin in a demineralization tower 1 are sent to a cation exchange resin regeneration tower 2, where back washing is conducted, and separated into a cation exchange resin layer, mixed resins layer, and an anion exchange resin layer. The anion exchange resin layer is sent to an anion exchange resin regeneration tower 3 through an anion exchange resin outlet pipe 9 to be regenerated, while the mixed resins layer 12 is sent to the demineralization tower 1 through a mixed resins extraction pipe 6 to be preserved. The cation exchange resin is regenerated in the cation exchange resin regeneration tower 2. The anion exchange resin is returned to the cation exchange resin regeneration tower 2 through an anion exchange resin returning pipe 13 and mixed with the cation exchange resin to be washed for finishing. The resin is returned to the demineralization tower where it is mixed with the mixed resins preserved.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain proper performance of the condensate desalination device all the time by controlling valve means so as to close a first pipe passage and open a second pipe passage when the temperature of the inlet water of a desalination device that is measured by a temperature sensor rises above a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 41 detects the temperature of the water at the inlet of a condensate desalination device which is a mixture of the condensate and the drain from a supply water heater, and the detected temperatures are sent to a temperature switch 42. The temperature switch 42 operates when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 41 reaches the maximum temperature of use for resin, for example 60 deg.C, and it outputs the signal of opening to a supply valve 32 and signal of closing to a supply valve 29. With the supply valve 32 open and the supply valve 29 closed, the drain of the supply water heater is recovered on the side of the outlet of a condensate desalination device 15. With high temperature of the water at the inlet of the condensate desalination device the recovery point of the drain of the supply water heater is switched from the inlet of the condensate desalination device to its outlet, and by limiting the treatment in the condensate desalination device only to the condensate, it can be prevented that the inlet water temperature of the condensate desalination device exceeds the maximum temperature of use for resin and the lowering of the performance and the decomposition of the resin in the condensate desalination device are prevented.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce electrolytically the oxide stuck on a metallic surface and to remove efficiently said oxide by suspending conductive solid particles in a liquid system to be brought into contact with a piping or the like on the surface of which the metallic oxide is stuck, and supplying electric current thereto from the outside.
      CONSTITUTION: An external power source 1 and an object 3 to be decontaminated such as a piping or the like on the surface of which metallic oxide is stuck or a counter electrode 4 for electrolysis are connected by means of an electric wire 6, and electric current is flowed between the object 3 and the electrode 4 through the electrolyte in an electrolytic cell 5 and the object 3. The metallic oxide on the surface of the object 3 is thus electrolytically reduced an is eluted in the liquid. Solid particles 7 having better conductivity than said electrolyte are suspended in the fluid system for said electrolyte. The ohmic drop by the electric resistance of the liquid is thus suppressed. Energy is economized and the electrolytic reduction and removal of the oxide on the metallic surface are accomplished efficiently.

When a disturbance (d) is acted to the table 1, an acceleration signal detected by the acceleration detector 6 is sent to a disturbance observer 16 via the accelerometer 14. In the observer 16, a signal to offset the disturbance (d) is added to an electric signal supplied to a servo valve 4 to compensate the influence of the diturbance (d) applied to the table 1 by comparing the acceleration signal with a deviation input signal which is a difference between an exciting signal from an exciting signal generator 17 and a feedback signal, and by superposing a signal for offsetting the disturbance (d) to the adder 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a control system a high band by providing an acceleration feedback controller suppressing mechanical resonance of a head support member and generating a composite position signal composing an acceleration signal with a detective position signal. SOLUTION: Sector information 29 obtained from a head 7 is converted to the detective position signal 10 by a position signal demodulation means 9. A composite position signal generation means 19 samples the acceleration signal 12 passing through an acceleration amplifier means 11, and generates the acceleration signal to fetch it into a microprocessor. The means 19 adds respective signals by an adder 18 to generate the composite position signal 20, and makes a deviation between the signal 20 and a target position signal 21 a position error signal 22 to form a control input by a position feedback controller 23. A control input signal is converted by a D/A converter 24, and passes through a resonance suppression control means 27 to position the head 7. The means 27 suppresses resonant vibration of a carriage mechanism system to constitute the acceleration feedback controller 26 with less phase delay.

SOLUTION: An azimuth head is a composite magnetic head provided with recording exclusive elements 2a, 2b and reproducing exclusive elements 1a, 1b. An AGC/track code recording area 8 consists of an AGC setting part 3 deciding an amplification factor of a regenerative output of a reproducing head, an erase part 4, a track code part 5 coding a track number and recording it and a mark part 6. A data information recording area 9 records the same data making an azimuth angle at an angle positive/negative different from each other on a pair of half tracks respectively. When the head traverses the data, a phase difference occurs between regenerative outputs of the reproducing elements 1a, 1b, and by combining the phase difference signal and the track number, the position signal continuous to all tracks is obtained. The head is positioned based on the position signal.
