    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a microwave oven using a magnetron and a sheath heater, and provided with electronic components such as a circuit board for driving the magnetron on its bottom portion, and the sheath heater for the oven at a bottom portion side and a top face side in a heating chamber, wherein it is necessary to increase the capacity of a cooling fan for cooling all of the electronic components by the cooling fan of a back face portion, as the temperature of the electronic components disposed on the bottom portion is raised by the heat generated from the sheath heater in heating as the oven.
      SOLUTION: The temperature of the electronic components is lowered without additionally installing a cooling fan by applying a part of the cooling air used exclusively for the magnetron as the cooling air for the electronic components, by operating the cooling fan 20 for cooling the magnetron even in operating the oven without using the magnetron 29, when the microwave oven is operated as the oven.
