    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a tensioner device and increase the degree of freedom of installation by providing a screw member on a swinging-arm member, which presses a tensioner member for giving tension to an endless transmission band, and forming a hydraulic chamber between said screw member and a stationary member. CONSTITUTION:During the operation of an engine, a hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic pipe 20 is supplied to the hollow chamber of a hydraulically operating device 8, through an oil passage 24, hydraulic-pressure passage 15 and an orifice 16. And, an arm member 12 is always pressed against the back of a tensioner member 7 by means of a coil spring 14 to give a certain tension to a cam chain 5, an endless transmission band. If the cam chain 5 becomes loose and moved, the arm member 12 rotates due to the pressure of the coil spring 14. Thereby, the screw member 11 is moved in the direction of D, the volume of the hollow chamber 30 is increased, and a pressurizing oil flows into the hollow chamber 30 through a check valve 17. Accordingly, the cam chain 5 is always stretched at a certain tension.

    • PURPOSE:To improve strength of junction, and to lessen assembly man-hour by coupling and uniting a circular rim and a wheel center to each other using an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A light alloy wheel 1 which has a symmetrical section is coupled from outside by a rim 4 to peripheral part 3 of a wheel center 2 at a definite pressure, and both are jointed together firmly by an epoxy resin adhesive agent 10. After coupling, when rim 4 or wheel center 2 recovers its normal temperature, internal stress is generated on both contact faces. As a central well part 6 is thin and of less rigidity compared with both flange sides 5 of the rim 4, the rim 4 and the peripheral part 3 are deformed so as to make a crescent shape, that is, the cross-sectional central part of the adhesive agent layer 10 being thick and its both sides being thin.

    • PURPOSE:To smoothly and surely start an engine by incorportating a friction clutch mechanism and a centrifugal clutch mechanism in parallel to each other into the device described at the heading which connects an output shaft of a cell motor to an inertia throw-into mechanism via an interlocking mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Revolution of an output shaft 2 of a cell motor 1 drives an inertia throw-into mechanism 4 via an interlocking machanism 3 to start an engine. The interlocking mechanism 3 first transmits revolution via a friction clutch mechanism 7 to lessen an impact at engagement of gears until driven at a predetermined revolution speed and transmits the revolution via a centrifugal clutch mechanism 8, thereby providing a certain revolution speed for the engine. Said centrifugal clutch mechanism 8 is normally opened so as not to transmit any reverse load, thereby eliminating the need of a separate one-way mechanism.
