    • PURPOSE:To transfer to an indipendent load operation in the plant without any uprisings of neutron flux and the water level of a reactor, by means of restraining the uprising of neutron flux by the trip of a recycling pump, and of restraining the uprising of the water level of the reactor by the trip of the feed water. CONSTITUTION:The recycling flow quantity is allowed to be rashly reduced by means of effecting the trip (a block 107) of a recycling pump at the same time as the stopping of the load (a block 100) and before the uprising of the pressure is generated, the void in the core is increased, thereby the neutron flux is lowered. The uprising of the liquid level generated from the void inreasing is restrained by means of allowing the feed water flow quantity to be rashly reduced by tripping (a block 108) one among the feed water pumps of a turbin driving during the two are in operation, considering that the output is set finally at 40-50% by the trip of the recycling pump (a block 107) and the selection inseting (a block 103) of the control rod. And the run out at the tripping time of the feed water pump is prevented by means of multiplying a max. limiting control to a feed water flow quantity signal.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the working ratio of a plant, by minimizing the variation of output by keeping a water-level of a drum constant by changing the set points of a feed-water controller and a pressure controller when changing over the speed of a recirculation pump. CONSTITUTION:Bias 33, 34 and the signals of relay contacts C1, D1 are added to an adder 35 of a feed-water controller 17, and bias 37, an integrator 38 and the signals of relay contacts are added to an adder 39 of a pressure controller 20. The speed of a recirculation pump is changed over by make-and-break controlling relay contacts A1, A2, B1, B2, pressure set value and water-level set value are changed by decreasing or increasing water-level set signals and by diminishing or augmenting pressure set signals in response to the integral speed of the integrator 39 and the pressure set value is restored by altering the output of the integrator 39 after transient change settles down. Thus, the variation of the output of a turbine being accompanied by the change-over of the pump can be prevented, and the working ratio of a plant can be improved.
