摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition excellent in heat resistance, and especially applicable to parts to be lubricated of various industrial machines and motor vehicles, etc.
SOLUTION: This lubricant composition excellent in heat resistance is obtained by adding calucium phosphate to a lubricant and a semisolid lubricant. The calucium phosphate is contained by about 0.5-60 mass% based on the total of the composition. The lubricant composition containing the calucium phosphate excels in heat resistance, maintains a lubricating effect by keeping a greasy state at an elevated temperature, and can also broadly be used as a more safety lubricant composition because of less adverse effects on the ecosystem.

SOLUTION: The lubricating grease composition is prepared by incorporating 0.1-3 wt.% molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate, 0.1-3 wt.% at least one species of benzothiazole compounds such as 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide, N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide or 2-(4-morpholinyldithio)benzothiazole and 0.1-3 wt.% calcium sulfonate into grease prepared by blending a thickener with a base oil.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition which gives a good grease performance, and is excellent in high temperature resistance, load resistance and mechanical stability, and to provide a lubricant composition good in a rust-preventing property.
SOLUTION: The lubricant composition comprises a base oil of a mineral oil and/or a synthetic oil, and magnesium triphosphate. Thereby, a thickening effect for the base oil can be obtained. The magnesium triphosphate is used in an amount of approximately 1 to 70 mass% based on the whole composition. The thus obtained lubricant composition having a grease performance has an excellent load-resistant performance and can accomplish a sufficient lubricating function even under a high temperature condition. A grease-stabilizing agent is further added to give the lubricant composition having a good rust preventing property.

SOLUTION: This fluorine-based lubricating composition comprises a fluorine oil and tricalcium phosphate. The tricalcium phosphate is used at 1-40 wt.% to the total composition including the fluorine oil. The lubricating composition excellent in heat resistance and load resistance owing to the fluorine system is obtained safely, easily and economically because a fluororesin conventionally used together with the fluorine oil or a fluorine solvent for dissolving the fluororesin need not be used. The lubricating composition further excellent in friction and abrasion performances is obtained by mixing another lubricating composition comprising a thickener with the lubricating composition containing the tricalcium phosphate and the fluorine oil.
