    • PURPOSE:To prevent plural paper sheet materials from being fed simultaneously by attracting the lower side of the foremost paper material on a table where multiple paper materials are put longitudinally, pulling it to the forward side than a locking body, and bringing it into contact with a carrier belt. CONSTITUTION:When a sucking unit 7 is connected to a vacuum device by a switching value, a piston is extended and the sucking part 21 is brought into contact with the lower side of the foremost paper material A to suck. The lower side of the foremost paper material A is pulled to the more forward side than the locking body 6 by going over locking of the locking body 6 because the piston is contracted while being sucked by the sucking part 21, and it is stopped by a stopper 11. The paper materials A from the second are locked by the locking body 6. After the lower side of the foremost paper material A is pulled, sucking of the sucking unit 7 is released, and the upper side of the foremost paper material A is brought into contact with the carrier belt 3 because a fore and aft moving body 5 is moved forward. The upper side of the foremost paper material A passes through a gap between it and the regulating body 4 by the carrier belt 3 to be conveyed obliquely upwards and is fed forward by a delivery belt 14 and a discharge roll 15.

CONSTITUTION:A machine comprises a cover paper supplying device 2, a cover timed feeding device 3, a mount supplying device 4, a mount timed feeding device 5, a pasting device 6, a sticking device 7, a drying and pressure attaching device 8, a final pressure attaching device 9, and a pulling out device 10. Especially, the drying and pressure attaching device 8 is driven at a speed lower than that of the sticking device 7 and the final pressure attaching device 9 is driven at a speed higher than that of the drying and pressure attaching device 8. Between the drying and pressure attaching device 8 and the final pressure attaching device 9, the pulling out device 10 is provided for pulling out one by one a stuck matter C being in a state overlapped by the drying and pressure attaching device 8 so as to send it to the final pressure attaching device 9.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for discharging handling members, by transporting handling members transported continuously in a piled-up and inclined state at a speed higher than their speed for forming inter-expanded portions among them and transporting them at a further higher speed while lifting the inter-expanded portions. CONSTITUTION:Handling members A transported by a conveyer 54 in a piled-up and inclined state are charged onto a main transportation unit 2. Since a conveyer 10 of the transportation unit 2 is operated at a speed higher than that the conveyer 54, inter-expanded portions B are formed among the handling members A at a substantially identical interval. The conveyer 10 is coupled with a transportation roller 19 of a sub-conveyer 5 and the conveyer 10 and the transportation roller 19 are operated at the same speed in a normal operation, then the handling members A are piled up on a pallet P on a lift member 24. When the lift member is at its lowermost position to be detected by a detector 7 and the detection coincides with the detection by an inter-expanded portion detector, a lifting unit 5 is actuated to separate the handling members. Then, preceding handling members are piled up and the pallet is replaced and goes to a lifted position. Next, the lifting unit returns to its original position to be in operation. As a result, manpower is not necessary and efficiency is improved.
