摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a component of a small reclining device, which prevents weld cracking and sufficiently imparts desired precision to the component. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises the steps of: producing the component of the reclining device for tiltably attaching a seat back to a seat cushion; and selectively heating a predetermined portion thereof up to a temperature exceeding the transformation temperature of a material of the component and further cooling the portion, while keeping the portion except the predetermined portion in as a base metal state to partially enhance the strength or abrasion resistance of the component. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device for a seat eliminating damage of an internal gear and an opening of a gear pushing part by dispensing with a back bracket.
SOLUTION: This reclining device for the seat is so constituted that the internal gear 9 fixed to the side of a back frame 8 is frontward/rearward turnably supported to a guide bracket 7 fixed to a cushion frame side and a lock gear 10 is engaged/disengaged relative to the cushion frame to adjust the frontward/rearward tilting position of the back frame 8 to the cushion frame. The lower parts of the internal gear 9 and the guide bracket 7 are clamped by gear pushing members 16 provided for preventing the opening of the both and pushedly retained not to be opened. The upper part of the guide bracket 7 is fixed to the upper part of the internal gear 9 and clamped by a cover bracket 21 extending along a part of the outer circumference of the internal gear 9 and pushedly retained not to be opened.
