SOLUTION: In the leakage detector 1, the collection ports of a plurality of sampling pipes 2a-2d are arranged at a prescribed area in a closed space S, and a gas in the closed space S is carried individually via the sampling pipes 2a-2d. Then, the amount of moisture in the gas of respective sampling pipes 2a-2d is measured by a measuring unit 3, and the amount of moisture of the gas in respective sampling pipes 2a-2d is compared by a processing unit 4 on the basis of the measurement result, thus specifying the leaked position of moisture.

The mixed air to which the turning motion is to be applied by the swirls RF and in which the axial flow velocity is adjusted by the control flow CF is allowed to flow in a pipe to be ground 3 in the axial direction while being turned.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to decrease the necessary number of costly shielded drums by removing fully ions of radioactive elements from a decontaminated waste liquid. SOLUTION: The treatment device is constituted of a waste liquid tank 3, a waste liquid supplying pump 4, an Li-type positive ion exchange resin column 1 and two mixed-resin column 2 filled with a mixed resin made of an H-type positive ion exchange resin and an OH-type negative ion exchange resin. After a decontaminated waste liquid containing ions of radioactive elements is passed first through the resin column 1 to remove the ions of the radioactive elements together with other bivalent and trivalent positive ions from the waste liquid and then through the mixed-resin column 2 to remove organic acid by absorbing it, the cleaned liquid is sent to an existing waste liquid treatment device and is treated there. Consequently, the quantity of a treated waste liquid in a process for removing the ions of the radioactive elements increases sharply in comparison with a mixed resin, which makes it possible to reduce the necessary number of costly shielded containers filled with ion exchange resins.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic shot peening device which effectively carries out shot peening of a J-welding portion between a lower surface of a reactor vessel cover and a pipe stand, and an area adjacent to the J-welding portion, and to provide an ultrasonic shot peening method. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the ultrasonic shot peening device, a disk 140 supported by a support member 130 and an ultrasonic peening head 150 for shooting shots 190 toward an upper side of the disk 140, are rotated in one body in the horizontal plane by a rotating mechanism 120. A chamber 160 of the device is elevated by a chamber elevating mechanism 170 until an upper edge of the same makes intimate contact with a lower surface of the cover 3. The shots 190 shot in the chamber 160 collide with the J-welding portion 8, the lower surface of the cover 3, adjacent to the J-welding portion 8, and an external surface of the pipe stand 6, and carry out peening treatment. Then the shots 190 fallen down after the peening treatment, roll downward on an upper surface of the disk 140 because of inclination of the upper surface, and fall on an upper surface of an oscillator 153.
