    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measuring precision by stopping the injection of a reagent when the hue change detected value reaches a preset numerical value to measure the concentration. SOLUTION: In the hardness measurement of a solution to be measured, a stirring device 4 and a chemical injection pump 17 are ON, a liquid reagent is gradually injected from a tank 16 to the solution to be measured under stirring, and the transmitted light intensity of the solution to be measured is continuously measured by use of emitters 11, 19 and light receiving bodies 12, 20. The transmitted light intensity ratio (the transmitted light intensity after discoloration/the transmitted light intensity before chemical injection) is calculated on the basis of the measured value, and when the measured value reaches the numerical value of transmitted intensity ratio in each hardness preset in a judgment table, the chemical injection pump 17 and the stirring device 4 are OFF to stop the reagent injection. Accordingly, the hardness measurement of the solution to be measured is completed when the transmitted light intensity ratio reaches the numerical value set in the judgment table, and the measurement result is notified to the outside through a controller, whereby a series of hardness measurement of the solution to be measured is ended.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the injection quantity of a reagent so as to optimize the resolution of a hue by injecting the reagent of the injection quantity determined on the basis of a reference concentration detected by test injection thereof to a solution to be measured and then measuring the concentration of the solution to be measured. SOLUTION: In a hardness measuring device for water, for example, the detected reference concentration is inputted to a judgment data to determine the injection rate of a liquid reagent. A controller outputs an output signal for injecting a prescribed quantity of the liquid reagent to a chemical injection pump 17 and turns ON a stirring device 4 to inject the liquid reagent to a solution to be measured under stirring from a tank 16. The stirring device 4 is then OFF, and the transmitted light intensity of a first light source formed of an emitter 11 and a light receiving body 12 and the transmitted light intensity of a second light source formed of an emitter 19 and a light receiving body 20 are measured. The transmitted light intensity ratio (the transmitted light intensity after discoloration/transmitted light intensity before chemical injection) is calculated on the basis of the measured values, and the hardness of the solution to be measured is judged on the basis of this calculated value. The judgment result is notified to the outside through the controller, whereby a series of hardness measurement for the solution to be measured is ended.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase emissivity, to shorten time for a pre-heating process and a drying process and to shorten time for the whole of an operation process by forming a radiation heating layer made of an inorganic material on an inner wall surface of a sterilizing tank and coating a heat resistant resin on the surface of this radiation heating layer. SOLUTION: The sterilizing tank 1 is constituted to be heated from the outside by providing a plurality of heating pipes 3 on the outer wall of a sterilizing tank 1 in which an opening part on a front surface can be sealed by a door 2 and passing steam to each pipe 3 via a steam supply line 4. Within the sterilizing tank 1, plural steps of shelves 5 are provided. On each of the shelves 5, a cast (storing container) 7 storing objects to be sterilized 6 is mounted. By introducing steam into the sterilizing tank 1 through the steam supply line 4, sterilization is performed for the objects to be sterilized 6. At this time, a radiation heating layer 8 made by spraying an inorganic material such as alumina (Al2O3) of about 95% in purity of the inner wall surface of the sterilizing tank 1 is provided on the inner wall surface of the sterilizing tank 1, the surface is coated with a heat resistant resin 9 to increase emissivity.
