    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for easily and safely cut a ring which is left after removing the cap of a PET bottle in order to prevent an injury by solving the problem that a finger is injured by slip in cutting the ring left after removing the cap of the PET bottle through the use of a retractable cutter.
      SOLUTION: A base 2 is arranged in the lower part of a retractable cutter body 1. A cut C at the front part of the base is put on the lower part of the ring of the plastic bottle and a blade 3 is pushed down from an upper part. Thus, the tool of the retractable cutter easily and safely cuts the ring. When the ring is cut with the retractable cutter, the finger does not slip, and then, is not injured.

A pin part storage box 1 incorporating a pin 7 for pushing a petroleum fan heater switch 17 is formed. The box is connected to a distantly formed hand operation box by an inner wire 15, and the pin 7 is pushed out from inside the pin section storage box 1 by pulling a finger hanging part in the hand operation box with a finger, thereby the switch 17 of the fan heater is pushed and the remote control operation is realized for ignition or extinction.
