    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency with which grains fall out from a pair of electrode rolls even when a pressing plate which presses a grain in between the pair of electrode rolls is used in a moisture measurement apparatus for measuring moisture value of grains.SOLUTION: A moisture measuring apparatus comprises: a pressing member 5 which presses a grain in between a pair of electrode rolls 1a and 1b; a link mechanism which converts the rotation of the electrode roll 1a into a swinging motion and makes the pressing member 5 swing; and a fall-out prevention plate 6 which prevents grains from falling out from between the pair of electrode rolls 1a and 1b. The fall-out prevention plate 6 is configured to be swung together with the pressing member 5 by the link mechanism so that it is not necessary to consider interference between the fall-out prevention plate 6 and the pressing member 5. Therefore, design flexibility of the shape of the fall-out prevention plate 6 increased so as to be able to cover the area near the pair of electrode rolls 1a and 1b and effectively prevent a supplied grain from falling out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain damage of a bearing and a rotary shaft when moving the bearing in the axial direction to the rotary shaft.SOLUTION: In a driving device 10, when removing the bearing 16 from a driving shaft 34, a fitting part 54A of a moving screw 54 of a pulley extracting tool 50 is fitted to a fitting hole 34A of the driving shaft 34, and the tip 58A of a hooking bar 58 of the pulley extracting tool 50 is hooked on a hooking hole 46 of a hooking plate 44B of a bearing extracting metal fitting 44. By rotating a moving screw 54 to a moving body 52, the moving body 52, a rotary plate 56 and the hooking bar 58 are moved in parallel to the opposite side of the driving shaft 34 to the moving screw 54, and the bearing extracting metal fitting 44 and the bearing 16 are moved in parallel in the axial direction of the driving shaft 34 and are removed from the driving shaft 34. Thus, the bearing 16 can be prevented from tilting to the driving shaft 34, and damaging of the bearing 16 and the driving shaft 34 can be prevented.

SOLUTION: In the granulator 10, working parts such as a treatment container 20 and a main motor 26 are not exposed outside since an apparatus body 16 is normally housed in a casing 12. Furthermore, the apparatus body 16 can be drawn out to the side of a foot stool 76 by removing a step cover 92 and a top plate 94 of the foot stool 76 from a frame 78, removing front covers 96, 98, 100 from the casing 12, and removing the bolt fixing the apparatus body 16 to the casing 12.
