SOLUTION: A pivotally supported part 13 comprises a shaft core part 20 for fixing to a strut 10b, and a bearing part 30 concentrically fitted to the shaft core part 20 and integrally rotating with the arm rest frame 11. A bearing regulating projection 32 is provided on an inner circumferential face of the bearing part 30 so as to correspond to a shaft core regulating projection 24 provided on an outer circumferential face of the shaft core part 20. The armrest frame 11 protrudes forward in a generally horizontal direction in a use position, and the armrest frame 11 protrudes downward in a generally vertical direction in a stored position. The armrest frame 11 engages with the bearing regulating projection 32 in the use position and the stored position. The armrest frame 11 also engages with the shaft core regulating projection 24 in a raised up position where it protrudes upward in a generally vertical direction. A movable projected body 33 for regulating backward rotation of the armrest frame 11 is arranged protrudablly from the inner circumferential face of the bearing part 30 to the outer circumferential face of the shaft core part 20.
