摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a refractory having excellent damage resistance by making spinel clinker and magnesium clinker as main raw materials into a basic refractory of magnesia spine base containing a specific amount of Fe2O3. CONSTITUTION:A basic refractory of magnesia spine base containing 4.9 to 7.5% Fe2O3 is prepared from spinel clinker and magnesium clinker as main raw materials. Basic brick composed of the refractory is lined in rotary kiln to constitute a ring structure and iron plates having about 1.0 to 6mm thickness are used as a joint compound between each brick. Corrosion of iron plate is suppressed because Fe2O3 exists on the surface of the brick, diffusion and penetration of Fe component into the brick resulting from corrosion of iron plate are prevented and development of brittleness of brick texture is reduced or hindered.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent any volatile component from being solidified on an internal wall surface by heating temperature of the internal wall surface of a refractory through which high temperature gas containing the volatile component above a solidification point of the volatile component. CONSTITUTION: Temperature of an internal wall surface 12 is raised while monitoring the temperature of the internal wall surface 12 of an inlet housing 2 and temperature of waste gas passing through a portion by conducting a current through an electrical heating wire 13. When the temperature becomes a solidification point of a primary volatile component among volatile components contained in the waste gas that may become a binder of a coating 10 at the foregoing portion, condensation of the primary volatile component onto the internal wall surface 12 is restricted, and even if it is condensed, solidification is avoided. Thus, even if the coating 10 is deposited on the internal wall surface 12, the root is fragile, and compared with the case where the internal wall surface 12 is not raised in temperature, the coating 10 is likely to be fallen out, and it is easily fallen down with external action such as mechanical force.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a decorative and economic value with a non-uniform pattern, by applying moisture to the surface of a paper, then spreading water-solved gypsum on the surface of the paper on which a folded pattern is formed by drying, getting a gypsum mold having a folded pattern, pressing a body to transfer the folded pattern on the body and calcining it. CONSTITUTION:Moisture is uniformly applied to the whole surface of a paper, the paper dried and after the paper is perfectly dried a varied undulating folded face is formed on said surface. This undulating form depends upon the moisture content, rate of drying, nature of the paper, etc. A wet material being easy to dry and having excellent water retention characteristics such as soil is arranged uniformly on the surface of paper in the state that said material contains water, left as it is for a certain time, the paper is dried and the paper is bent. After being dried perfectly, even if kaolin, etc., are removed the paper is hardened, the folded form is not changed and it becomes a template. Next, gypsum is poured onto the template paper and after said gypsum is solidified the paper is removed to obtain a recessed gypsum mold. A plastic body is pressed onto said gypsum mold to form a ceramic tile representing a folded face of a unique pattern same as that of said template, and after the dimension is adjusted this ceramic tile is calcined and its surface is processed.
