摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a final product by applying plastic processing by forming a mark, a character, a figure or a pattern having color different from the color of a metal plate colored by oxidation treatment and forming a clear fluoroplastic coating layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:To a metal plate colored by adapting oxidation treatment thereto, a display layer composed of a mark, a character, a figure or a pattern having a color different from that of the metal plate is formed. Subsequently, a clear fluoroplastic coating layer is laminated to the display layer to form a metal plate for plastic processing. As the oxidation treatment adapted to the metal plate, there is anodic oxidation treatment or chemical oxidation treatment. The display layer may be formed by applying a colorant or by the bonding of a colored heat-resistant resin film. The metal plate for plastic processing thus obtained can be finished into a final product such as the inner kettle of a rice cooker, an electric kettle or a heat insulating jar.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily obtain a final product only by plastic processing and to prevent the release of a coating layer or display during use by providing a clear fluoroplastic coating layer to a metal plate having a mark, a character, a figure or a pattern displayed thereon by etching treatment. CONSTITUTION:As a metal plate, an aluminum alloy disc is used and alumina sand is uniformly sprayed to this disc to roughen the single surface of the disc in a satin-like state. Subsequently, a preformed adhesive resin film punched into desired mark and character shapes is bonded to the roughened surface of the disc and chemical etching treatment is applied to the disc. The obtained metal disc has a white mark and a white character displayed on the gray ground thereof. Next, an aqueous dispersion of PTFE is applied to the metal disc on the mark and character displayed side thereof and baked to form a PTFE clear coating layer. The obtained PTFE coated disc is molded into an inner kettle for a rice cooker by a cylindrical deep draw press process. The mark and character are sharply displayed on this inner kettle and no abnormality is confirmed in the fluoroplastic coating and the display even in the results of a corrosion-resistant test.

As the rough surface treating method of a metallic plate, there is employed a etching method, barrel grinding method, hair line method, mechanical rough surface working method or the like. The degree of the rough surface is important in consideration of raising the adhesion between the coloring material and fluorocarbon resin, as usual, it is preferred to be rough-surfaced in the order of 0.5 - 5 mum at the average roughness (Ra). The coated film thickness of clear fluorocarbon resin to be applied is usually selected from the range of 5 - 100 mum as a drying or baking coated film.
