    • PURPOSE:To easily obtain a final product only by plastic processing and to prevent the release of a coating layer or display during use by providing a clear fluoroplastic coating layer to a metal plate having a mark, a character, a figure or a pattern displayed thereon by etching treatment. CONSTITUTION:As a metal plate, an aluminum alloy disc is used and alumina sand is uniformly sprayed to this disc to roughen the single surface of the disc in a satin-like state. Subsequently, a preformed adhesive resin film punched into desired mark and character shapes is bonded to the roughened surface of the disc and chemical etching treatment is applied to the disc. The obtained metal disc has a white mark and a white character displayed on the gray ground thereof. Next, an aqueous dispersion of PTFE is applied to the metal disc on the mark and character displayed side thereof and baked to form a PTFE clear coating layer. The obtained PTFE coated disc is molded into an inner kettle for a rice cooker by a cylindrical deep draw press process. The mark and character are sharply displayed on this inner kettle and no abnormality is confirmed in the fluoroplastic coating and the display even in the results of a corrosion-resistant test.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain readily articles having the indication of distinct marks, characters, designs or patterns and the like by providing a clear fluorocarbon resin-coated layer on a metallic plate being indicated with marks, characters, designs, patterns and the like through the application of a coloring material. CONSTITUTION:A coloring material is applied on a roughly surfaced metallic plate so as to indicate marks, characters, designs, patterns and the like and clear fluorocarbon resin is applied thereon. For the clear fluorocarbon resin- applied layer, it is preferable that heating and baking are executed at the temperature of being 450 deg.C or lower. As the rough surface treating method of a metallic plate, there is employed a etching method, barrel grinding method, hair line method, mechanical rough surface working method or the like. The degree of the rough surface is important in consideration of raising the adhesion between the coloring material and fluorocarbon resin, as usual, it is preferred to be rough-surfaced in the order of 0.5 - 5 mum at the average roughness (Ra). The coated film thickness of clear fluorocarbon resin to be applied is usually selected from the range of 5 - 100 mum as a drying or baking coated film.

CONSTITUTION:In an internal pressure type liquid filter apparatus, a case 1 is partitioned into a stock solution chamber 3 and a filter chamber 6 by a filter 2. A supply port 4 and a discharge port 5 are formed on the case 1 so as to communicate with the stock solution chamber 3 and a taking-out port 7 is formed on the case 1 so as to communicate with the filter chamber 6 to introduce a stock solution into the stock solution chamber 3 from the supply port 4. The filtrate passes through the filter 2 to flow in the filter chamber 6. An opening part 8 is formed on the case 1 apart from the taking-out port 7 so as to communicate with the filter chamber 6 and the connection port of one chamber of a backwashing device 9 partitioned into two chambers by a flexible diaphragm is connected to the opening part 8 and the connection port of the other chamber thereof is connected to a pressurized fluid supply source through a change-over valve 23.
