    • PURPOSE:To obtain excellent durability with a strengthened bonding to a bone by applying a dull working (fine irregularity producing working) to the surface of a metal material. CONSTITUTION:In this bone coupling material, a dull working is applied to the surface of a metal material with a working surface roughness exceeding 20muRmax by electric discharge machining or laser working to an extent to about 10muRmax-50Rmax in surface roughness. For example, titanium (Ti) mate rial with a working surface roughness of 30muRmax undergoes an electric dis charge machining in pure water (with specific resistance of 10 OMEGAcm) using a wire electrode made of Br (brass). In this process, four types of dull working is accomplished with the surface roughness of 6muRmax, 11muRmax, 23muRmax and 26muRmax by varying a current peak value Ip and a pulse width gammaon of a voltage pulse for machining centering around Ip=180A and gammaon=1.8muSec. This dull working multiplies the surface area of a bone coupling material 15-25 times. When the surface of the bone coupling material is analyzed by ESCA (X-ray electronic spectroscopy), microscopic adhesion of Zn and Cu is confirmed.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently work a planting groove fitted with the contour of the blade of an artificial tooth root for a jaw bone by forming the planting groove, turning a cutter plate having a number of cutters on the outer peripheral part of a sector having the nearly equal curvature to the arc of the planting part for the artificial tooth root, in reciprocation within a minute angular range, around a shaft perpendicular to the groove direction. CONSTITUTION:As for a cutter plate 3, two cutter plates 3a and 3b having a number of cutters 3a', 3a' formed at equal intervals at the top edge having the nearly same shape to that of the top edge of a blade 1 are integrally fixed in parallel each other, and the cutter plates 3a and 3b are vertically installed on an installation shaft 4. When a planting groove is worked by the cutter plate 3, the installation shaft 4 is turned in reciprocation in a minute angular range, and the cutter plate 3 is vibrated in reciprocation in a minute angular range as shown by the arrow A. In the groove working, cutting is performed by the cutter plate 3 from a tooth socket for a jaw bone P on which a tooth stem is cutting-opened, and cutting work is performed to the depth permitting the embedding of the blades 1 and 1' of an artificial tooth root. Accordingly, the artificial tooth can be fixed in the favorably fitted state by inserting and planting the blades 1 and 1'.

    • PURPOSE:To mount and dismantle a cut-off valve easily and positively by installing a stopper with a spring, an adjuster rotational type inserting mechanism and a packing. CONSTITUTION:When a base ring 17 is inserted into an existing reflux port 25 and a cut-off valve 12 is turned to the right, the base ring 17 is also rotated because a machine screw 20 is inserted, and fixed by a hook 19 and a protruding section 26. When the base ring 17 is revolved to the left, it can be dismantled. When the cut-off valve 12 is pushed by a finger, a stopper 3 (spring action in a stopper hole 2) is held between an arm stopper A13 and an arm stopper B14, and fast stuck and fixed to the reflux port 25 by the packing 11 of the cut-off valve 12, and reflux stop can be held. Accordingly, the reflux port 25 can be opened and closed easily and positively, thus preventing a convection due to the temperature difference of a bath furnaces and a bathtub, then obviating the temperature drop of hot water in the bathtub.

    • PURPOSE:To improve holding ability and to obtain stable holding by almost parallelly providing two blades, forming a planting part, coupling these blades in the shape of a saddle, for which an upper part is opened, and forming a planting tip edge in one circular arc shape or in a shape where two circular arcs are crossed at least. CONSTITUTION:Two blades 1 with the same dimension are parallelly fixed at an interval A of 2-3mm. The central parts in the upper ends of the blades 1 are coupled by a U-shaped bridge coupling part 4 for fixing and just formed in the shape of the saddle, for which the upper part is opened. Then, nutrition is supplied through an opening window to a bone and the bone is reproduced to swell up. By using a rotary machine tool 5 for which a rotary radius is almost equal with a radius (r) for a circular arc 1b of the blade 1 and thickness is almost equal with thickness (t) of the blade, a bone 6 is notched from the top of an alveolus, whose dental root is opened, and cut to depth at a degree that the blades 1 can be just embedded. Thus, since the two blades 1 are parallelly coupled at the interval A, an artificial dental root is strongly fixed to the bone without fail and planting can be executed with the high holding ability.

CONSTITUTION:Adjusting members 24-26 consisting of sliding bearing members are attached on tips of bar-like supports 21-23 which are made of magneto- strictive material, and electric power is supplied from a driving power supply 41 to driving coils 31-33 which are wound around the bar-like bodies 21-23. On the other hand, proximity sensors 16-18 are arranged in a close proximity to means of bearing 13-15 to detect their gaps with a rotary axis 12, and signals transmitted therefrom are put into a computer 43 and electric power is put out from the driving power supply 41 through a driving control circuit 42 so that the gaps between the rotary axis 12 and bearings are retained to optimum values by expansion and contraction of the bar-like bodies 21-23 to reduce the vibration of the rotary axis and enable ultra precision finish machining.

    • PURPOSE:To apply an accurate stamping or engraving to a workpiece and to obtain a transfer device capable of transferring an arbitrary graphic, by a method wherein, a tool of diamond etc. is mounted on the tip of a rod-form support part made of a super magnetostrictive material, and the tool is driven by expanding the support part due to a magnetic field applied to the support part. CONSTITUTION:A rod-form body 12 is made of Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.9 alloy which is one type of super magnetostrictive materials. A drive coil 24 is wound around the rod body 12, and an electric power is supplied from a drive power source 26. To this power circuit, a high-speed switching circuit 30 and an impedance measuring part 32 are inserted, and a microcomputer 34 is connected to the measuring part 32. In this construction, an electric current from the drive power source 26 is passed through the coil 24 to apply a magnetic field to the rod body 12, whereby the rod body 12 is strained and expanded by characteristics of the super magnetostrictive material to press down a horn 22 against a workpiece 42 on a machine table 40. At the same time, the horn 22 conducts an ultrasonic oscillation by an energy from a high-frequency oscillator 18. In this manner, the tip of the horn 22 conducts a vertical motion at high speed to perform an effective machining.

CONSTITUTION:An artificial dental root is composed of a rolled or forged plate material having a thickness of about 1.2-2.5mm of titanium or a titanium alloy and processed and molded by a method wherein one plate material or a desired number of the plate materials in a laminated and integrated state is punched into a predetermined shape and predetermined dimensions by a wire cutting discharge machining method. Through-holes 3A having a diameter of about 2-4mmphi for strengthening the bonding with the dental root after implantation are formed to the flat part between the corner parts 3a and bottom part 3b of a leg part in an up-and-down direction in a distributed state and the inner wall surface of each through-hole 3A becomes a fine uneven surface by discharge machining to increase in its surface area and the adhesion and bonding with a tooth bone is well performed.
