This dental prosthesis 1 is closely bonded to an inner crown 3 bonded to a dental root 4 and made of a highly corrosion-resistant magnetic material and kept and fixed by utilizing the attraction force between both of them.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a sensor having a high gauge rate and a small resistance temperature characteristic value by sticking the thin film of an iron-chromium- aluminum alloy having specific weight ratio onto the surface of an insulated substrate. After that, a resistance pattern and an electrode pad are formed by etching and laser-trimmed as an occasion demands, and their resistance value is then regulated. Thus, a gauge rate can be improned, and regulated to required resistance temperature characteristic by heat treatment in the atmosphere or a vacuum.
