Compressed air is supplied from an air pressure source 8 to the compressed air lead-in port 26, and when the vacuum suction space 10 becomes vacuum, compressed air is output as a detection signal from the compressed air output port 28.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor both the proper movement of a valve element by using a single sensing switch in an integrated sensor module and the absence of pressure at a valve outlet when the valve element is stopped.
      SOLUTION: This valve state sensing module comprises an extension member 42 fixed to a valve element 27 having a slanted cam surface 52 and a plunger 54 having a cam follower 57. The plunger 54 is slidably movable along a second axis between a first position when the valve element 27 is at a stop position and a second position when the valve element 27 is at an operating position. The sensing switch 55 is connected to the plunger 54, and generates switch signals for the first and second positions. A valve body 20 and a sensor body 40 move in association with each other so that a fluid passage can be formed between an outlet port 25 and a sensing chamber 41. The plunger 54 is moved to the second position when a fluid pressure larger than a prescribed pressure is present at the outlet port 25.
