摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a flexible conductor fixing method as being capable of reducing the number of parts without lowering adhesivity between a conductor and the connected terminal of the other circuit and applying outer force, if granted, directly to the connected end connected to the connection part of the other circuit. SOLUTION: In such a flexible conductor fixing method that plural flat conductors 33 has the exposed ends 37 connected to the other circuit to fix a flexible conductor 29 integrally coated with a resin coating material 35 to the fixed part 31 to be connected to the other circuit, the front side of the connected end 37 is placed on the fixed part 31 and then the coating material 35 at the front side of the connected terminal 37 is welded to the fixed part 31 to fix the flexible conductor 29 to the fixed part 31. In this way, outer force, if imparted to the flexible conductor 29, is not applied directly to a connection part between the connected end 27 and the connected terminal 39 of the other circuit to improve electrical reliability in connection.

Since the middle parts of the cables 1 are pressed by this cable presser 7 in this constitution, the cables 1 do not make contact with the substrate 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly fit a crimp terminal, simplify the connector connecting process, and improve durability and reliability by removing a part between conductors and at the edge of insulating materials of the terminal section of a flat cable arranged with one or more straight angular conductors, and caulking the insulation barrels of the crimp terminal at this portion. SOLUTION: At the terminal section of a flat cable stuck with two film-like insulating materials 1 on and beneath one or more straight angular conductors by an adhesive, the insulating materials 1 peeled by about 2 mm to expose the straight angular conductors 2 are reduced in diameter in an obtuse angle or a right angle nearby to form insulation terminal sections 5. The insulation barrels of a crimp terminal are caulked and fixed to the insulation terminal sections 5 to crimp the straight angular conductors 2 and pinch the insulating materials 1, and the flat cable with a crimp terminal is formed. When a connector using the crimp terminal is connected, it is not necessary to solder electric wires of round conductors to the straight angular conductors 2.

At the same time, the respective electric wires 1b of the shielded electric wire 5D can be shielded by its own shielding layer 3 of the shielded electric wire 5D.

In this way, assembly work of electrical equipment to be assembled to the molded ceiling 1 of a vehicle body can be simplified, and multiple kinds of electrical equipment can be selectively installed.
