    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap component, socket, and lighting system that enable a user to simply mount a lamp and a tube while preventing moisture from intruding into the inside of the socket and the lamp when dew condensation occurs even if they are used under a low-temperature environment and maintaining a surface temperature of the lamp at a temperature excellent in luminous efficiency by using the tube. SOLUTION: The cap component is provided with a first tube insertion part 23, which has an outer diameter less than an inner diameter of a first tube and allows insertion of the lamp, and a first abutting part 29 to stop insertion of the first tube insertion part 23 into the first tube while allowing the end part of the first tube to abut on the outer periphery of the first tube insertion part 23. The cap component is fixed to a socket body 1 by connecting a base pin of the lamp to the socket after inserting the end part of the first tube until it abuts on the first abutting part 29 subsequent to the insertion of the lamp into the first tube.
