摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost by providing a double tube which includes an outer tube and an inner tube made of polyolefin resin which is inserted into the outer tube and effect heat-exchange between cold water or hot water flowing in the outer pipe and hot water or cold water flowing in the inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:A double tube 14, which is the main part of a heat exchanger 10, is housed in a spiraled state just like a coil inside a housing 12. The double tube 14 includes an outer tube 16 which is made of a flexible material, such as soft vinyl chloride. An inner tube 18 made of polyolefin resin having a high strength, such as polybutene is inserted into the outer tube. This construction prevents the generation of such a trouble that the inner tube 18 will be damaged by the pressure of cold water flowing inside. It is, therefore, possible to eliminate the need to install a pressure control valve or the like as in a prior art, and hence simplify the structure and reduce manufacturing cost.

摘要： PURPOSE:To assemble a cooling tube as it is which is preliminarily formed in a shape of a zigzag state without a processing of a brazing of a bend in assembling. CONSTITUTION:A compressed air dehumilifier device wherein a tube body is bent to form a zigzag tube 9 and, in order to accomodate the zigzag tube 9, in accomodation, an insertion of the zigzag tube 9 is executed from a side of an opening edge portion 3a of a casing 2 having a zigzag flow path 2 responding to s shape of the zigzag 9, flow path wall portions are preliminarily cut off which respectively execute an interference against bent portions 9a, b at the top edge side of the zigzag tube 9 inserting direction. Further, after an accomodation by a passage therethrough, the flow path is recovered by executing an insertion and a filling of closure cores 6a, 6b into the cut-off portion from the opening edge portions 3a, and the opening edge portions 3a, 3b at both sides of the casing are blocked except for gate ways of the zigzag tube 9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To immediately restart manufacture of supercooled water by detecting a flowing state of water to be cooled in an inner tube, and rapidly heating the tube to removing freezing of the tube when the tube is frozen. CONSTITUTION:A flowing state of water to be cooled in an inner tube 8 is detected. A flow of brine in an outer tube 7 is stopped when the flow of the water to be cooled is stopped due to freezing, and the tube 8 is simultaneously heated. Thus, when the freezing in the tube 8 is removed and the flow of the water to be cooled is detected, heating of the tube 8 is stopped by a delay for a predetermined time, and the flow of the brine in the tube 7 is restarted simultaneously upon stopping of the heating.
