A drive shaft having a number of cam-like projections is supported in a pump housing. A number of pistons disposed radially in cylinder chambers are set into a reciprocating motion in the cylinder chambers upon rotation of the drive shaft. A metallic housing part which constitutes the cylinder chamber is provided with a fuel intake opening and a fuel outlet opening, each of which is controlled by a check valve. The housing part rests with a flat contact surface against a flat contact surface of the metallic housing base body and a projecting section of the housing part, which is concentric to the cylinder chamber extends through a radial opening of the housing base body in the direction toward the drive shaft. The fuel inlet opening and the fuel outlet opening discharge into the flat contact surface and are flush with other inlet and outlet openings in the housing base body. The housing part is tightened against the housing base body by way of screws in such a way that the contact surfaces produce a high-pressure seal without the interposition of sealing elements.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple empty product sensor capable of giving an empty product alarm having maximum reliability and sensitivity by suppressing a complexity to a minimum limit. SOLUTION: A sensor body 10 has an inlet port 12 and an outlet port 11. The port 12 communicates with a liquid source and a liquid, and the port 11 communicates with a using position and the liquid. The body 10 has a float chamber 13 disposed to distribute the liquid parallel to a first passage 14 for connecting the port 12 to the port 11. The chamber 13 has a float 16 connected to a mechanical alarm. When the liquid of the source is dried up so that the liquid passing through the body 10 is not obtained, a pump 100 removes the liquid from the body 10 (particularly the chamber 13). Thus, the float 16 arrives at a position where a 'low or empty product' signal is generated.

In this case, the eluent where an air bubble is eliminated by the gas/liquid separator 4 is sucked by the second pump 5B and is sent to the analysis part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure fuel pump with high durability and fuel sealing reliability which can be manufactured at a relatively low cost. SOLUTION: When a rotary shaft 4 is rotated so as to rotate a swash plate 7, the rotation of the swash plate 7 is transmitted through a thrust ball bearing 9 to a piston shoe guide plate 8 which is supported to a rod 14 attached to a body 12, through the intermediary of a spherical part 16 so as to effect precession for cyclically operating a plurality of fuel pumps 21 to 23 arranged around the rod 14. The fuel pumps 21 to 23 have bellows, respectively, which are provided in the outside ends of pistons and the body 12, and which can perfectly seal up fuel leaking through a slide gap between the pistons and cylinders. Leaking fuel is led to a return passage 19 through grooves formed in the outer peripheral walls of the cylinders, and accordingly, no excessive internal pressure is exerted to the bellows which can therefore be made of an inexpensive material such as Teflon.
