摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grouting material that secures penetration to the ground and increases ground strength. SOLUTION: A grouting material comprising blast furnace slag fine powder or coal ash is mixed with sodium sulfate or sodium sulfite which are a hardness improving agent. The amount of sodium sulfate mixed is 1-20 wt.% in the composition of the grouting material. Blast furnace slag fine powder and an alkali salt are stirred and mixed with kneading water by a laboratory mixer to prepare a grouting material, which is injected into the ground. SOLUTION: The bark, branches and leaves or drawn roots of Japanese cedars, Japanese cypresses, hiba arborvitaes or eucalyptus discharged as industrial waste and hard to be decayed or having decaying properties are made into material worked so as to be fibrous or powdery, and the material is utilized, e.g., for waste water in an eutrophication state with components such as an organic solvent, endocrine disrupter, heavy metals, rare metals, phosphorous, nitrogen and potassium. Alternatively, the material is blended with earth brought from another place and mixed in the soil, seed, compound fertilizer or the like, and the blend is applied to the surface and circumference of contaminated soil by spraying, scattering or the like. Alternatively, the same can be utilized in a state of being inserted between soils in the single use of the base material or in the combined use with the other inorganic or organic adsorbent.

The highly water- absorbing polymer is exemplified by a poly(meth)acrylic acid derivative, an alginic acid derivative, a starch derivative, or a cellulose derivative, and the gelling agent used is exemplified by a silicate, a water-soluble alkaline earth metal salt, alum, a water-soluble aluminum salt, a water-soluble iron salt, or a water-soluble manganese salt.
