    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust voltage in a renewing part of an intermediate signal control device any time when renewing the intermediate signal control device.
      SOLUTION: When also the intermediate signal control device 20 controlling a signal light 12 is renewed when renewing a signal for a railway installed on a track, a newly installed signal light 51 and a transformer 67 capable of adjusting voltage in a mounted part on an equipment rack 40 of an intermediate signal control device renewing part 60 are connected by a cable 52. This simulation device is provided with a manual operation switch SW and a voltage drop simulation circuit (Ds+R) corresponding to a signal light control unit 32. A simulation device 70 for generating a simulation signal and the transformer 67 are connected by an indoor cable 62. The voltage adjustment on the transformer 67 is performed, while transmitting the simulation signal from the simulation device 70 to the signal light 51 via the transformer 67.

      SOLUTION: When the train 3b waits at a side line 1b, a train 3a passes a main line 1a, and the trail of the train 3b enters a zone DT, the on-rail information of the train 3a in the zone DT is inputted into an interlock device 9. The announcement device 8a announces the change of the signal indication of the departure traffic signal 6b when a control device 10 reads out an announcement time from an announcement time memory device 8c and an announcement start time has passed after the trail of the train 3b enters the zone BT. For example, when a departure reaction marker is used as the announcement device 8a, the departure reaction marker announces the change of the signal indication of the departure traffic signal 6b to the signal except the stop signal by repeating flashes of the departure reaction marker during the announcement time.

The light emitted from each LED 1 is scattered in a linear direction for connecting each parts of the spherical surface of the signal lens 4 and a focal point F of the signal lens 4 like the light emitted from the focal point F of the signal lens 4, and deflected by the signal lens 4, and the parallel light beam is emitted outside.
