    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve a coating film transfer implement and to make it more usable. SOLUTION: This coating film transfer implement 10 is equipped with a case 12 constituting the body of the implement, and two coating film transfer sets 14A, 14B are provided in the case 12. The individual sets 14A, 14B are equipped mainly with letting-out reels (letting-out parts) 18A, 18B whereon transfer tapes 16A, 16B having coating films provided on base tapes are wound and which let out the transfer tapes in use, transfer heads 17A, 17B which press the transfer tapes 16A, 16B on transfer object surfaces to transfer the coating films onto them, and winding reels (winding parts) 20A, 20B which wind up the transfer tapes 16A, 16B after transfer. The transfer tape 16A and the transfer tape 16B are provided respectively with coating films for correction differing in width from each other and can be selected properly for the use according to a place of transfer.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative external facing panel having a glossy finished appearance and a method for manufacturing the panel at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a decoration component comprises the steps of molding the component having a front surface and a rear surface of a transparent resin material, coating the rear surface of the component with an adhesive, dispersing and scattering colored or glossy fine pieces on the adhesive, and coating various type color tones thereon. The decoration panel comprises an outside body formed of a transparent resin material and exposed on its front surface on an outer surface of the panel, an adhesive layer formed on the rear surface of the outside body, colored or glossy many fine pieces dispersively arranged on the adhesive layer, and a coating layer formed on a rear side of the adhesive layer. A gloss is given by a transparent material for constituting at the front side the outside body, and decorative appearance is given by the dispersively arranged fine pieces and the coating layer formed on its rear side. The panel has the outside body formed of the transparent resin material and exposed on the outer surface of the panel, an intermediate coating layer formed on the rear surface of the body, and a coating layer formed on the rear side of the intermediate coating layer. The intermediate coating layer may be formed of a transparent paint mixed with the colored or glossy fine pieces.
