    • PURPOSE:To reduce cost required for amploying a device by making the device simple and compact as for the inside cleaning device by which foreign matters remaining in the inside of a steel tube such as a remaining slag of welding is removed. CONSTITUTION:A truck 4 provided with a scraper 11 at its tip end and an operating belt 5 by which the truck is pushed and pulled are carried into a located cylindrical body P so as the foreign matter in the body P to be scraped off by the scraper 11. The operating belt 5 is a group of traveling bodies 13 and a chain by which the bodies 13 are connected with each other and constituted to be bendable only downward from the traveling plane. A traveling frame 3 for the truck 4 and operating belt 5 is provided on a rack 1. Sprocket wheels 24 and 25 by which the chain is driven are provided in the midst and at the rear end on the frame 3. A driving mechanism 2 by which the sprocket wheels 24 and 25 are driven is provided on the rack 1. The belt 5 in a standby state is stored in a guide frame 6 provided below the traveling frame 3.

    • PURPOSE:To perform the cutting for scraping by setting it to the necessary minimum by outputting a signal corresponding to a position, depth and length of a flaw, and driving a tool in accordance therewith. CONSTITUTION:A surface flaw of a running wire rod 1 is detected, information related to a flaw detected by a flaw detecting mechanism 4 is outputted as a signal, the signal from the flaw detecting mechanism 4 is received and a scraping mechanism 6 is controlled by a control mechanism 5, and the scraping mechanism 6 rotates a tool 63 in the periphery of the wire rod 1 and positions it on the flaw, moves it forward and backward in the radial direction and allows it to cut only the flaw part. In that case, by an automatic wire rod scraping device constituted so that a signal corresponding to a position, depth and length of the flaw of the wire rod 1 is outputted, and the tool 63 is driven thereby, cutting and elimination of the surface flaw of the wire rod 1 brought to expansion and contraction can be performed by cutting the part of the necessary minimum. Accordingly, it does not occur that a degree of reduction is greatly different as to each part of the wire rod 1, and it is disconnected due to necking, and uniform wire drawing can be executed extending over the overall length.
