    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image enabling a user to easily recognize the flow of motion image and easily recognize the contents thereof. SOLUTION: Of all the frame images forming a motion image, total nine frame images consisting of a header frame image, a final frame image and seven frame images at each equally divided positions obtained by equally dividing a part between the frame images into eight are set as reference images. For each of the nine reference images, extraction target ranges including the predetermined number of peripheral frame images before and after them are set so as not to be overlapped to each other, and representative frame images to be disposed on the frame disposition images are selected one by one from the respective nine extraction target ranges set as described above. More specifically, of the frame images (reference frame images and peripheral frame images) included in the extraction target ranges, a representative frame image having the largest difference between itself and a representative frame image which has already been selected from an extraction target range before one in time series from the corresponding extraction target range is selected as a representative frame image.
