    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform link initialization processing stably.SOLUTION: A switch receives a state change notification in a port which indicates a notification to change a state from a server. When the state change notification is received in the port, the switch makes the state of the port shift to a driver start standby state which suppresses execution of the processing corresponding to a signal received from the server. Then, the switch cancels the driver start standby state of the port when the port whose state is shifted to the driver start standby state receives a specific signal which satisfies predetermined conditions from the server.
