    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device which is equipped with an AGC control function for appropriately handling simultaneous reception and selective reception of a plurality of broadcasts and to provide a semiconductor integrated circuit.
      SOLUTION: Each of output signals from a BS tuner 2A and a terrestrial tuner is input to a TC-8PSK demodulating circuit 11A and an OFDM demodulating circuit 11B, respectively, while being input to an AGC control circuit 13A, 13B, respectively to produce an AGC control signal. A control section 6 controls a tuner used for receiving a broadcast channel so as to apply the AGC control signal to an AGC amplifier of the tuner, while the control section 6 controls an AGC amplifier not used for receiving so as to apply a given voltage for suppressing gain of the AGC amplifier to the AGC amplifier.
