SOLUTION: The thermochromatic device includes: an insulating substrate; a thermochromatic structure; and a heating structure. The thermochromatic structure and the heating structure are located on the insulating substrate. The heating structure includes a carbon nanotube structure which includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes, used for heating the thermochromatic structure. The thermochromatic structure is a color-changeable material which is changeable between an amorphous state and a crystalline state at a temperature ≥40°C. The reflectivity of the color-changeable material at the amorphous state and the reflectivity of the color-changeable material at the crystalline state are different. A driver control circuit 290 outputs image data reversed in response to a pulse polarity control signal or non-reversed image data to a segment driver 230. The segment driver 230 applies voltage to a second electrode based on the image data obtained from the driver control circuit 290.
