A first supply port 111 for supplying the developer to the developing device 200 from the toner box 100, and a first return port 112 for returning the developer to the toner box 100 from the developing device 200 are formed on the adjoining wall 110. An angle formed by a communicating direction D2 of the first return port 112 with a vertical direction DV is larger than an angle formed by a communicating direction D1 of the first supply port 111 with the vertical direction DV. The surface region 148 prevents the toner infiltration, then, the reliability of the roller 136 is enhanced. The core forming material is the foam material, and the core 146 and the surface region 148 of the roller 136 are comprised of the same materials, then, the roller 136 may be produced by a single molding process.
