    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast processing device capable of preventing diffusion of harmful substances and the like to the external with a simple constitution.
      SOLUTION: A pressure-resistant container 10 comprises an outer container 31 and an inner container 32, the outer container 32 comprises a first suction portion 17 and a second suction portion 18 communicating the inside and outside on an end portion at a side opposite to a pressure-resistant cover 11 and a top wall, the inner container 32 comprises a communication hole 16 communicating the inside and outside at a position corresponding to the first suction portion 17, the first suction portion 17 and the second suction portion 18 are disposed on positions to suck a gas after blasting in the inner container 32 through the first suction portion 17 and the communication hole 16, and sucking a gas released from the inner container 32 through an inner opening portion 32a from a clearance between the top wall of the outer container 31 and the inner container 32, by connecting a suction device 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting treatment method and its device for blasting an object to be treated by using a blasting explosive having fluidity and surely detonating the explosive.
      SOLUTION: In this blasting treatment method includes a blast preparation step of accommodating the blasting explosive 30 having fluidity in a container 20, arranging the blasting explosive 30 around an object to be treated 10, and mounting a detonator 50 to the container 20, a step of housing the container 20, the blasting explosive 30 and the object to be treated 10 in a chamber 60, a pressure reduction step of reducing a pressure in the chamber 60, and a blasting step of blasting the object to be treated 10 with the blasting explosive 30 by detonating the blasting explosive 30. In the pressure reduction step, the pressure in the chamber 60 is reduced while regulating outflow of the blasting explosive 30 to the outside of the container 20 and allowing outflow of a gas in the container 20 to the outside by means of degassing units 26.
