    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic on-off valve in which a shearing force does not act on a connecting pin when a main valve element is pushed and a valve opening is opened.SOLUTION: The main valve element 10 is arranged in a housing 2 arranged at the electromagnetic on-off valve 1. A pilot passage 18 is formed at the main valve element 10, and a pilot valve element 11 is inserted into the passage in order to open and close the pilot passage 18. The pilot valve element 11 and the main valve element 10 are interlocked with the movement of a plunger 12 which can move in an opening direction. The plunger 12 and the pilot valve element 11 are connected to each other by the connecting pin 28 which is inserted into the plunger and the pilot valve element, and the connecting pin 28 is arranged so as to be relatively displaceable with respect to the pilot valve element 11. Furthermore, when the main valve element 10 is pushed in the opening direction, the plunger 12 stops the relative movement of the main valve element 10 in the opening direction with respect to the plunger 12 before the connecting pins 28 contacts with the pilot valve element 11.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at the miniaturization of a pilot hydraulic source, by making an opening area of a variable throttle smaller when no electric command is given to a solenoid valve part but large when the command is given the other way. CONSTITUTION:When an electric command is given to a solenoid coil 24, a space between an output port 22 and a tank T is blocked up by a poppet valve 25 and thereby a pressure difference between in front and in the rear of a fixed throttle 23b of a control valve 23 decreases so that a control valve 23c is shifted by dint of a spring 23a and the opening area of a variable throttle 26 is increased. When pressing force by hydraulic pressure inside the output port 22 exceeds the pressing force of the solenoid coil 24 acting on a pilot valve 25, pressure oil in a pilot hydraulic source 5 flows out into the tank T, decreasing the opening area of the variable throttle 26. Therefore, the pilot hydraulic source is enough even being small in capacity.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slowly increase the fluid flow area in order to gradually increase the pressure difference between the front and the rear of a valve body, thereby slowing the valve opening operation and preventing generation of strong impact and vibration, consequently, avoiding such a problem that vibration and noise are strongly generated at the moment of high pressure-difference operation.SOLUTION: A flow path opening/closing control device includes: a fluid inlet 101; a fluid outlet 102; a valve device 103 installed between the fluid inlet 101 and the fluid outlet 102; and a pressure balancing control circuit 104 that opens/closes a flow path between the fluid inlet 101 and the fluid outlet 102 in the valve device 103 by changing the fluid flow area. An adjusting device 105 is installed separately from the valve device 103 in the pressure balancing control circuit 104. The adjusting device changes the size of the fluid flow area in order to slower the pressure change in the fluid passing through the pressure balancing control circuit 104 when the flow path opening/closing control device is opened/closed. A connecting pipe 108 is configured to communicate between the valve device 103 and the adjusting device 105. A connecting pipe 109 is configured to communicate between the adjusting device 105 and the fluid outlet 102.
