    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluidic device that is prepared relatively at low cost without using an expensive microlithography apparatus, and can be used for the application of operation at a temperature 65°C or higher.SOLUTION: The microfluidic device is prepared by printing wax 20 on a surface of a substrate material 21 having a solid adhesive thin sheet using a printer, selectively etching the substrate using the wax as a masking layer to obtain a substrate having the solid adhesive 22 with a desired pattern, removing the masking layer from the substrate, bonding the substrate to a second substrate to form a layer of substrates, and curing the layer of substrates, thus obtaining a three-dimensional microfluidic device.
