摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for automatically mixing bone cement.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes two different plunger space parts (3, 4) having a gas supply port (9) and a gas discharge port (6) separated from each other by a plunger (1). The plunger (1) is provided with a shutting mechanism (5) which is switchable at a commutation point of the plunger channel. Proper connectors (13, 14) connect the plunger (1) to a mixer installed in a mixing container. Pressure difference and pressure evenness in both plunger space parts (3, 4) are alternately generated so that the plunger (1) is moved up and down. The movement of the plunger simultaneously affects up and down movements and rotation of the mixer.

摘要： A pneumatic bioreactor includes a vessel containing a fluid to be mixed and at least one mixing device driven by gas pressure. A first embodiment includes a floating impeller that rises and falls in the fluid as gas bubbles carry it upward to the surface where the gas is then vented, permitting the impeller to sink in the fluid. The floating impeller may be tethered to a second impeller with a flexible member and pulley. The mixing speed is controlled with electromagnets in the vessel acting upon magnetic material in the impeller or its guides. In another embodiment, floating pistons mix the fluid, pushing it through a mixing plate with one or more apertures. In a third embodiment, the mixing device is a rotating drum with bubble-catching blades and rotating mixing plates with apertures. The top of the vessel for these mixers may include a closed top and sterile filters.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for treating filthy water by utilizing generated fine bubbles by providing a gas supplier and a liquid supplier both confronting the inlet of a stationary mixer and having an ejection port of gas and an ejection port of liquid respectively opening toward an axial direction of the stationary mixer for generating fine bubbles. CONSTITUTION:In an aerating appatatus, a gas supplier 2 ejects gas and generates bubbles, on one hand, a liquid supplier 3 ejects liquid. Filthy water 5 is sucked into a mixer 1 by the air-lifting effect of the bubbles. The filthy water 5 and the liquid ejected from the liquid supplier 3 rise upward through the inside of the mixer 1 while repeating collision with each other. During this stage, the bubbles are broken, therefore, fine bubbles are blown into the filthy water 5 from the outlet (upper end of the mixer). In the stationary mixer 1, plural numbers of twisted blades are arranged in a tubular passage 6 of fluid having an inlet and outlet of the fluid wherein the edges of the twisted blades cross with each other at a desired angle.
