摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless injection device that can be easily and comfortably handled.SOLUTION: An injection device 10 comprises a fluid applicator 11 that is fed by a fluid delivery arrangement 12, and the fluid delivery arrangement contains an energy storage 29. The latter is configured as a pressure vessel 36. Gas pressure derived therefrom acts, either directly or indirectly, on a container that has been prefilled with injection fluid. The fluid to be ejected is thus subject to constant pressure. With the use of a valve 23, a user can initiate the ejection of the desired amount of fluid with constant intensity. A check valve 23 may also be a regulating valve which can be used by the user to vary the intensity of the effect. The user need only release the system, e.g., by puncturing the pressure vessel 36. Handling, releasing, as well as actuating, the check valve or regulating valve 23 is easily and intuitively possible.

Typically the shaft and separating mechanism are advanced along or toward the object, and the separating mechanism is contacted with the tissue. The shaft is rotated to effect separation between the object and the tissue. The systems and methods are well suited for use in cardiac pacing or defibrillator lead explant procedures.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tool which enables a function part to be sufficiently displaced even at a small bending angle by employing a structure capable of securing a large dimension in a longitudinal direction of a shape-memory part even without special enlargement of a length dimension of the whole tool.SOLUTION: A medical tool includes: a rod-shaped grip part 1 disposed at a base end; a function part 3 for use in a medical act, which is disposed at a tip; and a shape-memory part 2 made of a rod-shaped shape-memory alloy and disposed between the grip part 1 and the function part 3. The grip part 1 is provided with a holding part 1A having a space into which one end of the shape-memory part 2 is inserted from a longitudinal direction. A gap is provided between an outer surface of the shape-memory part 2 and an inner surface of the holding part 1A. When the shape-memory part 2 is bent, the shape-memory part 2 can be deformed within a range of the gap. The banding makes the outer surface of the shape-memory part 2 abut on an inner edge of an opening of the holding part 1A. Thus, the deformation of the shape-memory part 2 beyond a predetermined range can be regulated.

An exemplary blood vessel in accordance with this disclosure comprises a shaft, tip member fixed to the shaft, and a probe extending beyond a distal surface of the tip member. In some useful embodiments, the tip member is relatively atraumatic and the probe is shaped so as to be more likely to produce trauma than the tip member.
