    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a position of an ultrasound generating source relative to an ultrasound irradiating target position.SOLUTION: The sound source 270 arranged in an inserting part 260 irradiates converged ultrasound converged to a focus F. Liquid stored in a liquid tank 190 is injected into and discharged from the first balloon 210 arranged in the distal end part of the inserting part 260 via the first tube 230 by the first pump 170 and the second pump 175. Thereby, the first balloon 210 is expanded and contracted. Similarly the liquid is injected into and discharged from the inside of the second balloon 220 arranged in the distal end part of the inserting part 260 via the second tube 235 and the second balloon is expanded and contracted. The first balloon 210 coming into contact with a wall face 910 defines a distance between the sound source 270 and the wall face 910. The second balloon 220 coming into contact with the wall face 910 at the position different from the first balloon 210 fixes the position of the inserting part 260 relative to the wall face 910 along with the first balloon 210.
