SOLUTION: A spout-type valve (18) for this pump dispenser, having a discharging head (10), discharges a liquid product by being attached to the inside of the opening (24) of the discharge head (10), and includes the pour out valve (22), which is held in the discharge head (10) by a retainer (26). The pour out valve (22) includes a slit (38) on one end, and an orifice (50) on the other end on the opposite side, and has slit lips (39 and 41) which directly engage with the slit (38), and also, respectively form a slit closing position and a slit opening position by releasing the engagement. The pour out valve (22) is formed of a material by which the slit is opened by pressure from the liquid product, and discharges the liquid product through the slit, when the slit is at the opening position. When the slit (38) is at the closing position, the pour out valve allows the closing of the slit (38), which blocks the liquid product, from being discharged through the slit.
