摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for minimizing parasitic driving voltage penetration in a speed sensing system. SOLUTION: A micro-machined speed sensor system includes plural tested masses 310, 312 or plates connected to plural electrostatic combs 340, 342, 344, 346. A comb drive amplifier 322 induces the deflection of the sensing plate. Motor combs 340, 342 are driven by half NRF(natural resonance frequency) by connecting the comb drive amplifier 322 to a half-frequency motor oscilator 400. The half-frequency motor oscillator 400 provides the driving voltage with the half NRF(natural resonance frequency). Accordingly, undesired parasitic drive penetration is removed by the motor frequency to heighten the efficiency.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for adaptive timing restoration for reducing problems relating to conventional timing restoration by varying the gain of band edge filtering which is in inverse proportion to usable band edge energy of a receive signal. SOLUTION: Outputs from 'fast-slow' filters 30 and 32 which are made nonlinear are added first and then subtracted from a reference value. A fraction of the result is subtracted from the filter gains of two half-symbol speed filters 30 and 32. Therefore, when the band edge energy is small, the sum of the outputs which are made nonlinear is negative and the timing filter gain value increases. When the band edge energy is large, the filter gain can be decreased.

The pores of the refractory bricks 16 are preliminarily impregnated with the non-reactive salt mixture. Fluorine compound 18 is supplied into the molten sodium carbonate bath 10 together with air 20 and the exhaust gas produced by oxidation reaction is discharged from an outlet 22 and the florination reaction product is discharged from an outlet 24. Therefore, destructive fluorine-containing compounds 18 are prevented from diffusing into the pores of the refractory bricks 16 and any destructive physical changes in the refractory bricks 16 can be avoided.
