    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock structure of a connector improved in the operability of a slide member while having a compact outer shape.
      SOLUTION: This lock structure 1 provided for fittable male and female connectors has an engagement projection 15 in a hood part 11b of a female connector housing 11, and has an elastic piece 14 engaging with the engagement projection 15 and a slide member 13 in a male connector housing 12. The slide member 13 is supported movably in the connector insertion direction. The elastic piece 14 is engaged with the engagement projection 15 in response to complete fitting of the male and female connector housings and the slide member 13 is moved in the connector insertion direction to contact the elastic piece 14, whereby the engagement of the elastic piece 14 with the engagement projection 15 is released.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal bracket which can electrically connect with an electric wire certainly. SOLUTION: A pressure welding terminal 1 as the terminal bracket has an electric wire connection part 3. The electric wire 4 is pressure welded to the electric wire connection part 3. The electric wire 4 equips with a conductive core wire 5 and an insulating covered part 6. The electric wire connection part 3 has a bottom wall 8 and two pressure welding parts 11. Each the pressure welding part 11 is equipped with a pair of pressure welding edges 12 and 13. The pressure welding edges 12 and 13 are arranged standing to the bottom wall 8. The interval T1 between one end part 14a of the bottom wall 8 side of the inner peripheral part 14 of the pressure welding edges 12 and 13, is larger than the interval T2 between the other end part 14b of the side, which is separated from the bottom wall 8 of the inner peripheral part 14, and is smaller than the outer diameter R of the core wire 5 of the electric wire 4. The projections 15 are formed in the one end part 14a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring unit which enables reduction of its dimensions. SOLUTION: This wiring unit 1 has a plurality of plate-shaped insulators 2, a plurality of pressure-contact terminals 3, etc. The plate-shaped insulators 2 have recessed terminal receiving grooves 5 formed in their surfaces, receiving parts 6 and through-holes 7. The receiving parts 6 are formed into recessed shapes in walls 9a or walls 9b, comprising the terminal receiving grooves 5. The through-holes 7 penetrate the plate-shaped insulator 2 and connected to the receiving parts 6. The pressure-contact terminals 3 have wire connection parts 13 connected to wires 10 with pressure and electrical contact parts 14. The plate-shaped insulators 2 are piled upon each other, while the pressure- contact terminals 3 are retained in them. The respective electrical contact parts 14 of the pressure-contact terminals 13 retained in the plate-shaped insulators 2 are piled upon each other and will not overlap each other. The electrical contact part 14 of the pressure-contact terminal 3, retained in the plate-shaped insulator 2, is received into the receiving part 6 through the through-holes 7 of the plate-shaped insulator 2 on the upper one.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing mechanism of a connector in which coupling against a structure body is blocked at an imperfect fitting time so as to prevent fitting failure previously concerning fixing structure in the case of coupling mutually fitting connectors to the structure body such as a panel of an automobile. SOLUTION: When an ensuring member C is mounted in a female connector housing B and both connector housings A, B are not fitted mutually, a coupling block protrusion portion 14 of the coupling ensuring member C inhibits downward displacement of a panel coupling arm 8 so that coupling of a panel coupling arm 8 against a structure body. When both connector housings A, B are fitted mutually, an elastic locking arm 15 is upward displaced by a flexible engaging piece of a male connector housing A and the coupling ensuring member C is made possible to retreat so that displacement blocking of the panel coupling arm 8 is released and the panel coupling arm 8 is made possible to couple with the structure body.

    • PURPOSE:To enable incomplete insertion of a locking spacer to be detected, even if the curved base wall of a terminal locking spacer has its side end raised, by bringing the overall length of the base wall into uniform contact with a detecting plate. CONSTITUTION:A connector 1 with a terminal locking spacer 4 firmly locked therein is mounted in the connector fixing part 7 of an inspection tool, and the flat abutment bottom 9 of a recess 10 in the spacer 4 is made to abut to a detecting plate 8. The fixing part 7 is divided into upper and lower frame portions by a hinge 21, and the plate 8 projects from the bottom wall 23 of the lower frame portion 22 by a length equal to the depth L of the recess 10 in the spacer 4, and is provided in such a way as to be able to be pushed in. The plate 8 is connected to a detecting pin at an end 8b inside the bottom wall 23. The connector 1 is set in the lower frame portion 22, and the upper frame portion 24 is closed to hold the spacer between the upper and lower frame portions. When the insertion of the spacer 4 is incomplete, the bottom face 9 of the recess 10 presses the plate 8, and an alarm switch or the like is operated by the detecting pin.
